hi im 13 yrs old and i just strted my period about a day ago and im having troblewith all this new crap..... does anyone ave any suggestions on wat i should use and wat r good products a could use...... thxs.....i need adive fast!!!

Always pads are pretty good but BUY THE ONES WITH WINGS. gotta have the wings lol. also tampax compact are the best kind of tampons(in my opinion) because their so small. Now if you just started your period, you should use the light to regular kinds. remember you should use pads for 3-4 hours and tampons for 4-8 hours. Use whichever you are more comfortable with.

Well id say use pads until your period gets heavier. I use Kotex. If you play a lot of sports you might want to get the winged kind.. And if you do choose to wear tampons, dont wear them to bed, and dont leave them in for over 8 hours, try to change them at least every 4 or 5 hours. Well when you first day most girls feel comfortable wearing pads. and then maybe when you have had your period a couple of times try tampons so you'll have more confidence.

If you use tampons, go for regualr old tampax, they work. If you use pads, make sure you get one that's big enough, it's tough the first few times because you don't really know how it works for you yet.

Aww, well it's all very simple. Some good brands would be .. ALWAYS but there are many good kinds. Just try a few and see for yourself. Since you just started I wouldn't suggest using tampons just yet, but I think you should ask your mom on this stuff since she's your mom she has gone throught everything you are so she can help a lot and more quicker.
