-sleep 9-10 hrs each night
-eat a good sized breakfast [if you don't, your body goes into starvation mode, which means you aren't burning calories which makes you gain weight er keep the weight you are]
-eat all 3 meals [good proportioned]
-eat 3 snacks [1 between each meal, like 1 every 3 hours, it helps your metabolism but the tricky part is that it has to be good foods like fruit, veggies, crackers, etc.]
-exercise like 1 er 2 hrs a day [it doesn't have to be a lot of exercise, like it could be simply jogging/running/walking, maybe basketball er swimming, soccer, tennis, etc. maybe you can go to the gym]
also there's good exercises for your stomach/thighs. try this website-

For your thights you could do some lunges. You could also run every night maybe a mile or two. I know that sounds maybe a lot, but i do it every night and it's easy. I mean don't go out now and run as fast as you can, just jog a little then maybe walk a little. My friend told me that if you run for 60 seconds then walk 90 seconds then 60 seconds running.. and so on - that it helps. I don't know for sure thought, I haven't tried that yet. Good luck ♥//ALMA [ xOalmaOx's advice column | Ask xOalmaOx A Question ]
