OK well I was in Science yesterday and we were taking a test and for the end of the test we had to go to these stations so this kid.... "A" was a little faster then me and so he was at the stations first so he finished first and I sit next to him so when I came back he asked me out, and ive only been asked out 1 time before and I kinda freaked out and just said no without really thinking about it and i wasn't totally sure if he was serious and now I do want to go out with him but my problems are I don't know how to bring it back up and i'm not sure if he was like kiddin or something please help!

Hey- Just say EXACTLY what you told me! Ask him if he was serious when he asked you out. Then (if he says yes), tell him you've only been asked out once other than this and you freaked out. i have these kids i babysit for, and i mean theyre okay and everything, but they dont listen!! i dont know what to do, i even take out my cell phone and pretend to call their moms! theres a 8 year old A.D.H.D. boy, a 4 year old girl, and an infant. i get paid 4$ an hour...does that seem like enough for what i have to deal with?
First of all, you have to deal with an A.D.H.D boy, an INFANT, and an extra child as well. That is a lot. You should tell the parents that this is a lot of work and you think you should get paid more. Probably around seven to nine dollars an hour. That sounds pretty fair to me. when i first came here, it was a link from a friends xanga to her column. i was searching around looking at the advice shes given, and i clicked view to see what it does. it gave me the option of rating the answer to the question, which was a little weird, but i thought it was ok, everyone can do it. turns out, you can only rate your own questions. i didnt have a column then, i hadn't even been to the main page. why did this happen? also, i could on rate one or 2 of those questions. just a little curious q from a 13/m

You should go if you really want to! If they invited you to go over, and you are close to half the people...I'm sure it will be fine! Well, first of all-You are not going to get ANYWHERE, if you don't talk to her. You should talk to her, but don't automatically say "YOU'VE BEEN FLIRTING WITH MY BOYFRIEND!". That won't help at all. Take your time, and be patient. Ask her questions like: Do you like my boyfriend? Are you having problems with your boyfriend? or something like that. JUST DONT make it like an interview with 1000 questions. Then tell her you've been noticing her kind of flirting with your boyfriend. If she doesn't get really mad, ask her why she has been doing it. If she says 'no', but you think she's lying. Don't say "I think you are lying". Say something like "Okay, if you say you aren't then I trust you. You are my friend, and I hope you are telling me the truth." If she gets mad, tell her that you are sorry for accusing her and you just wanted to know what was really happening. You could probably go to your boyfriend to and ask him. TRUST him. TRUSt her also. They are close to you, and trust that they are being honest. Good Luck, and I hope I helped some. Your question's kind of confusing, so if this isn't what you were asking for, write to me again. Okay...maybe you could talk to him and invite him over to hang out and stuff [you know since you guys are close and all]. I know it's not easy to tell them you like them, so if you think he likes you, you should tell him. OR you could ask a close, TRUSTING, friend to tell him you like him. Just hang out with him more, talk to him on the phone or computer, etc. Basically, do anything to get him to "notice" you. Become closer friends, the kind of friends that can tell eachother anything. Hey, on my Advice Column it says i've been rated 6 time, and my average is 4.83, but when i take a look in feedback i've been rated 16 time, and i calculated my average to be about 4.9. What's happening there? Is advicenators just stuffing up or is it me doing something wrong?

Is there anything bad for you in Diet Sodas? I know they say regular sodas are bad for you because they have so much sugar, but since diet sodas have none, does that mean they're fine for you? Is it okay if you have one or more a day? Or is there other bad stuff for you in there?
Well, I'm not sure about how good it is for adults, but kids really shouldn't have it. Diet sodas have the fake sugar stuff in it, and it isn't good for kids. Hope I helped!

to get music on your xanga website...where do you put the code?
Login to your xanga first. Then click "Look and Feel". It should be on the left side. It will bring you to a new page. Go down until you get to a section that says "Add A Background Image And Music To Your Site". It's right underneath the "Javascript Module" box. All the way at the bottom of that box, there's a text box that says "Music URL". Type in your Music URL in that box and if you want the song to keep repeating on your website, check the "Loop" box. Homecoming dance is in two weeks, but this year the girls are suposed to ask the guys.. Soooo this girl who i like a lot hadn't asked me yet, so i said yes to a good friend of mine who didnt have a date. Then the next night on the phone the girl who I really liked asked me, and i had to say no because i didnt want to ditch my friend. What can i do???

Ok I have my cartilage pierced and it's beel pierced since the end of May. I ran out of the cleaning stuff the store gave me and now it's infected and swollen. I was wondering what I could use to clean it. I have hydrogen peroxide and isperyl alcohol (not sure if that's what it's called). Would either of those work or should I use something else? Thanks!
