Cartilage piercing

Question Posted Friday September 3 2004, 5:30 pm

Ok I have my cartilage pierced and it's beel pierced since the end of May. I ran out of the cleaning stuff the store gave me and now it's infected and swollen. I was wondering what I could use to clean it. I have hydrogen peroxide and isperyl alcohol (not sure if that's what it's called). Would either of those work or should I use something else? Thanks! I rate!

Go buy more cleaning solution. And put some bactine or something on it to help with the infection.

Go back to where you got it pierced and I'm sure they'll give you another bottle. If they say you can't have one for free, ask if you can buy it. They'll most likely give you one. Hope I helped you! :D

PS. Write me if you need anything else :D

You should get some more of the cleaning stuff. It's your best bet, because it's been working since May, right?

hey. you can use alcohol or peroxide....it will work or just run to walmart and get some ear antiseptic at the jewelry section that are for piercings on ur ear.. TatteredDreams you're not suppose to use peroxide on any body piercing...it eats the skin from wut i heard but i hope ur piercings are okay now.. when i got my bellybutton i didnt use that or alcohol and yeah so if u ever get ur bellybutton done..dont use peroxide or alcohol on it. Take Care..Hope I helped! x3 SweetStar.
