I need some hairstyles that I can use that dont invole me putting my hair down!
I have side bangs, so I would be sooo thankfull if you would tell me some good hairstyles, or send me pictures!!!!!!!

Hello. I have side bangs, too.
I put my hair in a normal ponytail. I also do a messy bun sometimes.
You can do a high messy bun, which would be like this:

You can also put half of your hair up, but leave the rest down. Like this:

Okay, everyone asks these but here goes.
I'm around 5'6, Im not positive of my height.
I weigh around 140 - 150

I want to weigh about 120 or 130
somewhere around there.



Any suggestions.
How much should I be running?
And what should I be eating?

Eat healthy. Fruits, veggies, etc. Cut back on junk foods such as chips, cookies, pop, etc.
You don't have to run everday like the person below me said, try to do 3 times a week for about an hour. You can also do crunches, push ups, and other excercises to lose fat.

how do you burn pics and videos from your camera to a dvd disc so you can view them using your dvd player?

For me, you need to use your camera's computer program. I have Kodak Easyshare, and you just make a list of photos or videos and then click burn to disc. So try making a list of the things you want to burn to a disc and then look for a "burn to disk/dvd" option, or something along those lines. Good Luck!

heyy.. i really need help with how to make friends! i mean i have a lot but like what do i say when i wanna start a conversation? i'm just really bad at introducing myself :( help me please!

I can't really tell you how to make friends, but I can try to give you pointers?
- Start off by introducing yourself.
"Hi, I'm whatever your name is. What's your name?"
- Begin to find out their interets.
"So what kind of (music, sports, whatever) are you into?"
- Just talk about random things, surroundings.
"This class is so boring" ;] or something along those lines.
- Don't be afraid to make jokes.
And the most important:
Be Yourself!
"It's better to be hated for who you are than liked for who you're not."
Also, my new tip is, give everyone a chance. I learned that this year. Funny sotry, I started this year despising one of my great friends. We were forced to sit next to one another in class and eventually, we were introduced. I didn't really want a friendship with her, but we started talking and now we're great friends! You can also try this approach.

hi, i hate my teeth. they're all discoloured, like pale yellow, and dont fit together, like normal teeth, some are like vampire teeth, and they have gaps between them. back to the colour, i dont smoke, i only drink coffee sometimes, and dont drink red wine etc, because im only 15. so whats with them? and how much would those proper hite teech cost? like the celebs? thanks

Why not try Crest White Strips? Let me tell you, I've used them and they really did work. Dentist whitening would cost a lot, along the lines of 500 dollars. And the White Strips I bought weren't 40 dollars, either, like somebody said below. They were like 20. But I'd definetely give thosse a try first. =]

heyy..so i've been talking to this guy on aim ..and i have only seen his pic not met him in person but he's really sweet and loving and we like each other a lot! then he asked me out and i said yes! yesterday he told me he wants to see me in person.. i said yes but when i told my friend about this she said that i shouldn't cuz i dont know excatly who he is and he might be a raper or someting..but he sounds just like a 16year old..what do i do? should i go? or sould i just stop talking to him? or make an excuse??

I can't exactly help you too much here, this is your decision. It's important that you really listen to your heart. Do you honestly think he's who he says he is? Does he have myspace, etc? If so, check it out. Make sure everything on his information matches any information he gave you.
If you're sure and have a good feeling, you could meet him.
If you do decide to meet, make sure:
- You meet in a public place.
- Take friends with you.
- Keep your cell phone with you at all times.
- Let your parents know where you are.
All around, please be safe! Following the guidlines I gave you should help.
But if you have ANY doubts at all, I wouldn't meet him. I'd also talk to your parents about it before doing anything.

Hello. I'd tell him. Life's too short.
Or, agreeing with the asnwer below, ask for his number or myspace. That way, if you're shy, you could keep in touch and let your relationship progress a bit. OR you could have your brother or a friend go up to the boy you like and just casually ask him how he feels about you.

I don't know if I put this in the right place but does it hurt to donate plasma? I have never donated blood or had blood taken.

I haven't had plasma taken, but I recently had blood taken. It wasn't all that bad. Honestly, and I'm a HUGE wuss when it comes to pain. On a scale of 1 to 10, it was about a 4.5ish.

what do YOU think of online relationships?

While I've never personally been in a romantic online relationship, I think both can work out well if you each commit. Friendships are a lot easier, though. I have some great online friends here on advicenators actually, and they work out fine. Just keep up with your friends, talk to them, and see where it goes.
Romantically, there's more involved. You each have to trust one another. I, and I'd think most others would agree, believe that trust is the msot important factor here because you can't always be with the person and you can't always know what they're doing. As long as you have a lot of trust built, along with a solid friendship and good communication, I believe it can work. While that's just my opinion, I know other disagree completely. It's really up to you.

If you had to choose between CosmoGirl and seventeen magazine...which one would you choose? and WHY?

I want to prescribe to 1 of them, but I really like them both. Help?? I need opinions!

Depends on your age. I personally prefer CosmoGirl because it has more things for my age, as where Seventeen is for, like it says, more older teens rather than middle aged teens I guess?Cosmogirl also has more celebrity stuff I think, which I like (at times). But they're both good magazines in general. I'd just choose CosmGirl if I had to =]
My other favorite is Teen Vogue. Have you checked that one out? It has a lot of good fashion stuff and some good news type stories. By that, I mean, stories like, I remember they had one on internet predators, one on vegan diets, and cool stuff that you normally wouldn't care for. But they write it really interestingly (new word?) hehe.

On my first day of highschool I'm probly just gonna bring folder, notebook, pen & pencil, but I need a purse or small bad type thing to carry around. Do girls carry purses or bags arround? I want to, but if no one else does than i dont want to. Also, what kind of purse or bag should I bring on the 1st day? I have a big coach purse and I also have a small pink tote.

Most people I know had bags just like that because they carry folders & notebooks. And you can include a little extra change purse type thing to hold lipgloss, money, etc.

So I'd go with the small pink tote.
Or you can carry your books and stuff seperate, but carry your purse as well, with your pencils and pens in it. I knew people who did this as well. It's pretty much a mixture at my school.
But it really dosen't matter what everyone else is doing, just do what makes you comfortable! =]
