New hairstyle?

It's gotten a bit longer; that picture is a couple months old.
I want something short, but not too short, but I dunno if I have the right face for it. Maybe a Nicole Richie style? I'm not sure, you tell me.

I would say not nec, cut it but straighten it more to give it a thinner effect (maybe some more layers) and flick it out a big instead of under
also side bang would look cute too! (its hard to tell if you had them)
and maybe some lighter brown highlights?

Ok well maybe you can like cut it a little shorter with more layers and shorter bangs...And if your planning on dying it i would die it with blonde highlights
