Okay, everyone asks these but here goes.
I'm around 5'6, Im not positive of my height.
I weigh around 140 - 150
I want to weigh about 120 or 130
somewhere around there.
Any suggestions.
How much should I be running?
And what should I be eating?

ok i am 5'7 and i weigh 120 and i used to weigh 139 i did
80 situps and ate everything on the food chart and few extras there are a lot of diets but exercise will help you the best!

okay, i'm only an inch shorter than you. but what i'm doing to loose weight is this:
breakfast- Blueberrie-Strawberries Smoothie
(1/2 cup of blueberries, 1/2 cup of strawberries, 1 cup of vanilla yogurt, Instant Breakfast Vanilla Mix)
lunch- Same thing.
dinner- Slim fast Bar
snacks- carrots, apples, low-fat pretzals.
for working out- 40 minutes of jogging, running, or fast walking.
60 crunches. "core" excersises such as:
- "bicycle": lay on your back, put your hands behind your head like your going to do crunches, slightly bring your right knee to your left elbow, then your left knee to your right elbow. Do that 20 times with a set of 3.
- "super-girl": lay on your stomach. and strech your arms out. lift up your legs as well and try to balance yourself as if you're flying.
- 60 jumping jacks.
i don't know if i explained the core excersises very well, but thats what i've been doing.
i've lost 5lbs already on this, and i've been doing it for a week.

Eat healthy. Fruits, veggies, etc. Cut back on junk foods such as chips, cookies, pop, etc.
You don't have to run everday like the person below me said, try to do 3 times a week for about an hour. You can also do crunches, push ups, and other excercises to lose fat.

eat healthy and only as much as your hungry for don't eat to much
and run every day to keep your cardio up it will help your matabulisum(sorry i murdered that word) burn fat faster ]
