I'm Christina, and I'm 27. I tend to be brutally honest when I give advice or an opinion. I don't tell people what they want to hear but rather what they need to hear. They don't always appreciate it at first, but I usually get a thank you in the end.

I have 15 tattoos, and 8 piercings. I'm married and just gave birth to a baby boy in May. I'm currently a SAHM so you can find me taking care of my son and binge-watching television while he naps.

i need a really original idea for a halloween costume.. any ideas? im 14f

Be a present [like a gift] & get a box and wrap it, then make sure you put holes in it first for your legs & arms, and head. Then put a bow on your head & call it a day.

ok, i laugh ALOT!!! and the main reason is my boyfriend! everytime i try not to think about it, that leads me to someting else, and then that leads me to thinking about something funny that he does. i just know that one day im going to be sitting in class one day, and im going to think about something funny, and im going to get in trouble!

Haha, I've done that so many times it's not even funny [but it really is]. Anyways, usually my teachers have asked me to leave class & to calm down, or sometimes they just give me a look and I stop.

If you don't wanna laugh, think about something depressing, or occupy your time with someone else. Write a note to someone or something.

No, but you can if you want. However, that'd be a waste of tampons because they might not even be done doing their jobs yet.

I'm 15/f and I guess you could say that I love emo clothes. Like emo hoodies and stuff..well my question is, what are some stores I could shop at that are emo looking but not that expensive. And preferably stores that have bigger sizes cuz I like my hoodies a bit bigger than what I normally wear...and besides hot topic.

14/f 9th grade
ok so ever since like 5th grade i was SOO excited to go to higschool and well now that im in it, its like NOTHING like i expected it to be and well i hate it. I guess you could say i'm kind of like a floater...i dont really fit into a crowd really and well it sucks, and i'm almost failing all my classes because all the homework and classwork is so overwhelming and i'm not used to it. But will it get better? Because i dont want to be floating around highschool all four years. And how was your first year of highschool?

Highschool isn't as tough as it seems right now. It's just like any other grade except the teachers are more serious & it's just a little harder.

Honestly, you only fall behind & fail if you let yourself. If you become caught up in everything else like not having a steady group of friends or whatever, your mind isn't on your work which causes you to fail. Sure, not having a steady group sucks, but it doesn't really matter that much. Your grades do. I'm gonna tell you now that colleges do NOT look at elementary school. Highschool is what counts now, and that's what they look for.

Since it's only the first marking period, I assume, then you still have the time to get yourself caught up. Stay after school for extra help & to do your homework. Ask your teachers questions when you don't understand something, and see if there's anything you can do to get your grade up; like extra credit or something.

Highschool does get better but if you keep letting things mess with you then it'll just continue to get worse. And to be honest, I sucked my first year of school. I did real good in the beginning, gave up toward's November, stopped caring towards December - March & then got on my shit through April & June. And even though I did that, I still failed horribly. Just be careful what you do because colleges look at grades & what you did in school a lot, so try not to mess it up.

i am 7 months pregnant. i honestly do not like my boyfriends mother that much . she is 37 years old and i am 20. she is a very very pushy woman and always needs things to go her way and has no problem whatsoever putting her 2 cents in any given situation, even what to name our son. to make things short, i want my mom to be in the hospital room when i give birth, however, do not want my boyfriends mom in there because she makes me uncomfortable and i do not care for her much. i understand and respect the fact that my boyfriend loves and adores his mother and would never do anything to try and change that, however, we have not always seen eye to eye(his mother and i) ..my question is : i need my mom to be in the room when i give birth, but is it wrong of me to request that my boyfriends mother stay out? ..it would really hurt my boyfriend, since he wants his mother there, however, would really bother and hurt me if she were in there because i feel she would ruin my experience of bringing my baby into the world. Also, my mother feels that since i am her daughter, she should be in the room and she does not like my boyfriends mother as well. i feel as if she will be offended and hurt (my mom) if i invite my boyfriends mother in the room as well because she feels like she is fighting for the fact that i am her daughter and she is my mom, not his mom.

At the hospital, the doctors WANT you comfortable. If having her in there makes you feel weird & uncomfortable, then request she not be there. However, you need to explain this to your boyfriend. Tell him that his mother & you do not get along & you don't want her in the room because she'll make you tense & uncomfortable which defies everything there is about giving birth. I'm sure he wants you comfortable as well, and he might put up a fight, but then again he'll eventually give in because you & the baby are important to him.

So no, it's in no way wrong of you to not want her there. If someone makes you uncomfortable, then they don't need to be in the room with you. My cousin gave birth in the room that they gave her & practically the whole family was there. The doctors couldn't tell us to leave either because she wanted everyone there to see the birth of her son. So we got to stay. But if you request she shouldn't be there, they'll ask her to wait in the waiting room.

I don't know anyone with one, but I have heard that they're very expensive. They charge you for internet & texting. If you're a person who texts a lot, your bill will be very expensive.

I honestly suggest you don't buy it. It's a nice phone, but it's expensive & only a rich person would be able to pay for it. You'd be in debt with just one bill.

i'm starting to make shirts. i have fabric spray paint and fabric markers. i already made one that has a mixtape on the back and at the bottom of the back, it says feel the beat. what are some other ideas i could put on another shirt?

If there's a phrase you say a lot, you can use that & put a symbol under it. If you & your friends have nicknames, put yours on the back of your shirt [like in Football] & use a number, possibly your favorite number.

i met a guy one night and we have talked since. we are really sexually active but havent quite had actaul sex yet but we always talk about it. but everytime we see each other all we do is like everything with each other but i told him im not sure about sex yet- idk what i should do cause i really like him and like playing around with him but i know if i have sex with him then i will probably get emotionally attached to him. so what should i do? and is what im doing totally sluttish since we're not dating or anything and i like still make out with other guys?

You're probably not going to like what I'm about to say, but you said to be honest & whether you said that or not; honesty is what you were going to get. So I'd accept it. This is your warning!

Anyways, what you're doing does seem a tad skanky to me. But everyone is different & everyone has a different outlook on what is considered slutty & what isn't. In my eyes, since you're not dating any of these guys [the ones you makeout with & this guy you're doing things with], it seems a little trashy to just hop around from guy to guy & be all over them. Doing that will earn you a bad rep amongst the genders. Girls will think you're a whore & won't like you. Guys won't want to date you because they'll think you're a cheater & can't commit. Either that, or they'll just use you for what they want & then dump your ass.

If you really like this guy, then you need to see where he wants to take this relationship. If he says he doesn't see it being anything more than friends with benefits, then I suggest you backout & stop having any type of relation with this guy. Friends with benefits always ends in someone getting hurt, and I can tell you now that it's usually NOT the guy.

In all honesty though, if you know you're not ready to have sex [which you obviously aren't because you're asking complete strangers what to do] then you probably shouldn't.

Honestly I'm a pretty confident person.. i get a lot of compliments being pretty and having a nice body... (not being cocky just telling the truth) but theres one thing I'm really self confident about. My boobs are like the one thing that I just can't take.. I know i shouldn't care but like I think I'm done growing and it really scares me because of the fact that i think my boobs are so ugly right now that it makes me almost never want to like have sex in my life hahaha. well probably not but you know what i meen..

You didn't mention your age, but you're more than likely still young. You still have quite a while to develop, so don't get so impatient. Stuff like that takes time & it just doesn't happen overnight. Your boobs won't look like that forever; & if they do, then embrace it. There's nothing you can do about it; so love yourself the way you are.

Well me and my boyfriend have been going out for 2 months anda half and all we've done is hug and i want us to hold hands and kiss but his really shy and so ami it sucks lol =[ any ideas and i don't want to make the first move

If you don't wanna make the first move, & your boyfriend is shy, then there's really no chance for your relationship to move forward. You've been dating for a little while, and it's obviously time to start doing these things. You're comfortable around each other, right? If not, then you need to break the ice & make the first move. I know you don't want to, but it's obvious that he won't so you need to. Just grab his hand when you guys are walking down the hall together & when he walks you to a class, kiss him. He might not expect it, but he might like that you're taking control; so try it out. I promise that there's nothing to be afraid of, so make your move. =]

If you were to get your bedroom done what would you do? what color would you paint your walls? what kindof furniture, etc.

and also, I'm 14 and I like the colors pink & black and I love music, punk stuff...I don't know what else. So how would you do my room if you had to. I'm just wondering!

I'm just going to tell you now that dark colors such as black, hot pink, red & navy blue will make your room appear smaller & it's easy to feel more cramped in there. Plus they're hard to paint over & it takes a lot of coats of paint [& buckets of paint] to get the job done.

Whenever painting your room, paint it a light color like light pinks, blues & purples. Maybe even a soft gray would work. That's why whenever you move out, you paint the walls white because it makes the room appear larger & it increases the chance of people wanting to move in. If you wanted a house with big rooms, & that's how a room appeared just because of the paint, wouldn't you wanna move in? So as a warning: don't paint your room dark colors.

Anyways; if you like the color gray, you could always paint your room pink & gray or something. It might not be as cool as pink&black, but it'd look just as good. If that doesn't interest you, ask a friend on her opinion about wall-colors. Your friends always seem to know what looks good when you don't. They are back-up. Since you like music so much, I suggest you get black paint & some music note stencils. You could put up random music notes around your room; but if you think music notes would make you seem like a kid; try a guitar or maybe even drumset stencils. It's more punk-rock & just as cute.

I'm not even sure if you're getting a new comforter or whatever, but you can do that as well. You can get a hotpink/black comforter so that it'll go with your room. As for a bed, just get a normal bed that you'd like, you don't need anything fancy. I've never redone my room before, so I'm just throwing out some of the things I'd do.

I'd keep Googling, or even look at the Home Depot & stuff and see if they have any ideas for bedrooms. If not, then you need to do this on your own & make it more special. =)

I have two groups of people that I like to sit with at lunch- my best friend and a bunch of our guy friends, and these other girls, that I only met this year (I just started high school, and they went to the other feeder school). The problem is, my best friend gets all huffy if I don't sit with her, and then doesn't talk to me for a day or two. But if I sit with her all the time, then I'm afraid that my friendship will fail with the other girls, since I haven't known them very long (my best friend and I have been bff's since third grade.) So, what do I do?

You need to talk to your best friend about this.

You guys have been friends for a while, so I honestly don't know why she's getting so upset over this. My best friend doesn't care if I sit with someone else for a couple of days. She'll ask why and if I'm honest & say that I wanna get to know new people & make more friends, she's fine with that & doesn't really care.

Your friend is being really immature. She can't expect you to sit with her everyday for the rest of your life. Tell her you love sitting with her, but you wanna see what else is out there & you wanna make new friends. Tell her that when you do make new friends; she'll still be your best. You'd never drop her for somebody else just like you wouldn't drop somebody else for her.

If she can't seem to understand that, then I suggest you sit with your new friends for a few days so you can figure out what you need to do. I hope this helps; & good luck!

If anyone has seen the Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz adult Halloween costume at iParty, you know what those shoes look like. They're very glitzy, with red sparkles all over them like the Wizard of Oz. Except, it's been mangled into these chunky heels. I say they look like stripper shoes.An acquaintance of mine, I'll call her C, recently bought this costume. The shoes are simply horrid. I have informed her that the shoes are rather stripper-esque but she seems undaunted. My friends joke and giggle about them. I really don't want her to give up the shoes because of what people think, but I really don't think that these shoes are quite... right. Any help?

Why the fuck do you care what she wears for Halloween?

Her shoes might be stripper-esque, but isn't the point of Halloween to be someone completely different from yourself? People obviously know that she doesn't really dress like that; & Halloween is supposed to be fun. By ragging on her & yelling at her for wearing a certain type of shoe, she's going to be upset, and she won't wanna spend her Halloween with you.

If she doesn't seem to care, well then why do you still bother? Obviously she thinks that the shoes are fine & she doesn't let your stupid worries affect her. I'm pretty sure if you did the same thing, your friend wouldn't give a fuck. So why you do, I have no idea but you probably shouldn't because she doesn't. Let her do what she wants. What she does for Halloween is none of your business. & you're making this a bigger deal than it needs to be.
