Sorry if this is long...
Last year I started to like a kid...who told me he had liked me since 5th grade ( we were in 8th grade). It was weird because I never thought I'd like him but I did. Anyways, over the coarse of those years, he asked me out and I said no because he was pretty weird looking in 6th grade but in 8th he just got so good looking.
Well we talked a lot during the time I liked him, and he told me he liked me. But we always fought because his ex kept coming into the picture and talking to him. It seems like whenever someone else likes him, she has to start talking to him which really pissed me off. I never said anything to her though because I don't really do that. Anyways while we were fighting this one time, he said to me "do you know how many times I just wanted to get away from it all and be with you?" And he kept telling me he liked me but never asked me out and I didn't know why.
Then to top it all off, he goes out with this totally ugly girl which really made me feel like shit. I cried for ever because I really liked him and still do. I don't know what to do about it anymore. I try not to like him and like other people, but it feels like untill I get another boyfriend, Ill still feel the same for him and I know he doesnt feel anything anymore. He says that he didn't ask me out because he was afraid that everything he did, was going to make us fight, or me make fun of him. He says I make fun of people all the time. I told him that I don't mean to because I really don't. About a month ago, I was talking to him online, and told him how much I liked him. And then he goes on away message. I was like what the hell? Im so broken up inside and he doesn't even know. I don't know what to do or say to him without sounding like a corny freak. I want to show him that I'll change for him. What should I do? (link)

hi, wow...omg...thats a very sad story...to tell you the truth i wont lie and say "omg gurl i feel ur pain" cuz seriously no one does feel ur pain unless they went through this...i totally understand what you're saying...and i'm like wow...god damn...if i was you though..i would try to talk to him face to face....so he couldnt escape you...tell him how u really feel on his face...and tell him what you wrote me....tell him how it all started tell him...how you see things...tell him that u like him a lot...and everything...mention to him that if he doesnt feel the same to just tell you and that you would leave him alone...and seriously if he says that just leave him alone....but if he feels the same way then tell him u'll do everything's possible to b wit him :) i bet everything will b better...hmm i dont kno wut else to tell you but give this thing a shot...u never kno it might work...and if it doesnt dont worry gurl...just try to forget and hang out wit friends...meet new ppl...and just live life like there's no tomorrow ;) hope everything will b better ;) xoxo effy

OK I'm a 15/f and I'm white.. and my boyfriend's black. It makes no diffrence to me .. I dont care at all but I think my dad does. Eventually he's going to meet my Dad and I'm so afraid of what my Dad's going to say. He doesn't know about my boyfriend yet. My dad's a little bit intimidating and I dont want him to scare my boyfriend or anything because I really like him a lot. I think we're going to last a long time, but I'm so scared of what my Dad's going to do or say. What should I do to make this easier ? (link)

i think you need to have a lil talk wit ur b/f at first...tell him that ur dad might not agree with ur relationship wit him...but you still wanna be wit him...also talk to your dad b4 he meets him and tell yr dad that you relly like him...and you would appriciate him not to say anything bad that would push ur b/f away from u ;) hope i helped xoxo effy

Okay, so I only just turned 13, and I want to become a professional singer.
I've always wanted to be one. Now I want to be one so bad I'll do anything. After seeing JoJo become a singer and she's only 13, I think I could do it too.
What I need to know is where I can go to shove my singing career off the ground. I've had private lessons on singing, and the only problem is I have stage fright of singing infront of people.
I just need to know 2 things. Places I can take my singing career further, and how to overcome my fear.

practice...practice...and more practice...dont worry bout the fear u have to sing infront of ppl...thats no big...u'll do great...i've done it...ur heart pounds...thats the best feeling u'll ever have...no worrys ;) u'll do it and u'll feel great about it ;) hmmm u need to talk to your parents tell them what you wanna do and they might help you and give u an idea where to go...so u can start singing and stuff...i singed back in europe and i dunno what you have to do here....so u can sing in front of thousand ppl...thats y its better to tell your parents ...i'm sure they'll help :) good luck :) and if thats wut u wanna do follow ur dreams :) xoxo effy

For me my love life sucks. I have the most amazing friends, but i still wish I had someone to actually love.
My problem is that i dont know how to really get a guys attention. I am always told to be myself, and thats what guyslove the most. But, I do just that, and I seem to not be getting any feedback. Do I need to take my 'flirting level' up a bit? pleeease help me!!

my ex-gf and i broke up a while ago and we both moved on with our lives. now every time i see her, i realize how much i wasn't over her. i'm pretty sure she doesn't like me as more than a friend, but she might(probably not). sometimes i really wish i could just tell her how i feel and win her back, but i don't think that would work. wut should i do? wut i think you should do no metter if she does feel da same or doesnt...i think you should let her now how you still feel her and how much you want her bak...after all u never know...she might pretend liking u just as a friend...b/c she might think u like her just as a friend...so one day...whenever u feel ready to talk to her bout it...call her up or face to face...w/e is more comfortable for u...and tell her how you feel...tell her that u missed each and every min u spend wit her...and you miss everything and that you love her very much :) tell her...at the end that you just wanted to let her kno...and if she feels that way...then u would b more then happy to recive her bak...but if she doesnt its ok...and that u understand b/c u wouldnt want her to b bak wit u b/c she felt bak would u?...dats rite! didnt think so! so...just tell her basically how u feel :) i'm sure everything gonna b better... :) xoxo effy

ok theres this boy well call him * j * nd hes a junior nd im a freshman.. anyway i think i like him nd today he qrabbed myh ass nd then like 5 minutes later i sed to him "qive me a huq, i want a huq" nd he sed "well i want a kiss but you cant always qet what you want" so i qave him a kiss nd a huq nd then i had to qo to class - then after class we were walken toqether aqain nd we huqqed aqain .. then after school i was walken to myh brothers car nd he was walken to his so we walked toqether nd him nd myh brother are friends so like we were tryna qet him mad so we were holden hands then i told myh brother that we were just friends nd then he sed "for now you never noe" .. im just really confused cuz he huqs me nd kisses me wen myh brothers not around its not just wen hes there so i dno if he likes me or if hes tryna qet myh brother madd =\ please helpp me

i dont think u could start eating right rite away..i think that need sometime...but to get to the point to start eating rite...just start lil by lil...by like cuttin out the junk food...like chips, and all that stuff....and then lil by lil...get to the diet thing...also while u doing that...excercise a lil...u start it by walking..that would b good 2, and then add running in 2 it...also excercise and do crunches and stuff...or you could just put music and jam in to it...dance and stuff...and add some running in 2 that...u would b fine..;) u lose those 40 pound just like dat ;) xoxo effy
