I feel like my life is just so useless, like there is nothing good going on for me. I'm always crying. I feel like I cry everyday. I've felt this way for a while, and I know I'm depressed. Now it has come to the point where I am depressed with being depressed. I don't know what to do to feel better.

It will regulater your hormones and you wont be as depressed. Talking about it helps too. Things will get better dont worry. Good luck. MissIiVannaH answered Wednesday September 22 2004, 9:02 pm: I know exactly how your feeling i felt the same way before and what i did was i surrounded myself with friends and i talked about it to one in particular that was my bestfriend and she helped me out alot and i think u should surround urself with ppl that r funny and are alwayz happy cause it will rub off on u.if ur have a close relationship with ur parents talk to them if not then talk to me i'm here for u honestly my AIM is IvannaDenise and yahoo IM id latin_angel71.but soon enough hopeufly this feeling will go away but until then stay busy and i suggest listening to meaningful music cause that helped me alot. i hope i helped good luck with everything...:) [ MissIiVannaH's advice column | Ask MissIiVannaH A Question ]

xForeverxForgottenx answered Wednesday September 22 2004, 7:14 pm: i am the exact way you are, i talked to my mom and i was put on some medicine. that partly helped. but also talking to someone(like friends) helped me too. talk to someone that you really trust. a lot of my friends are there for me. and if you want you can always talk to me. i'm always willing to listen so feel free to. hope i helped and if you really do want to talk or have someone listen, i will without judging you or anything like that. AskMegan answered Wednesday September 22 2004, 6:34 pm: I know this will sound really cliche, but what you should do is try to take a optimistic outlook on things rather than pesimistic. For example, you have 2 scoops of icecream. You eat one. You should think "Yay I have a whole nother scoop left!" rather than "Oh...only one more left!"
Just try to think more postive. I'm sure things arn't as bad as you percive them. Hang out with friends, have fun, pig out till you puke! Prank phonecalls! Lol, do anything that'll make you smile and laugh!
For example, here is a random yet funny story.
I had this little yellow rubber duck named Yeller, and he always sat in the tub with me, one day I went to get some shampoo and I through Yeller out of the tub, when I came back, he was in the tub agian, like glaring at me. So i'm like..what the hell! So I throw Yeller out and got dressed. When I went to my room to go to bed, Yeller was sitting dead center on my bed! I chucked him out the window, and when I woke up, he was on my tummy. I screamed and torched the duck. I put him in a cup, them melted wax about 2 inches thick over the melted duck. I stuch a wick in it, and now I have a perverted twisted rubber duckie candle!
