Hey, so I'm having trouble with my knee, and I'm on a sports team, when I sprint, or walk upstairs my knee hurts, and i absolutely need to be able to sprint for my sport. Anyone know anything I can do to make my knee not hurt, without going to the doctor? My knee kind of feels like the bone is being moved around, and when I stretch my leg out it hurts. trust me. you want to see a doctor, i did the same thing and i had torn my meniscus, yours could be worse. you can play on a knee injury but your only making it worse and when youg get older your really going to be paying for it. trust me i have had many knee problems, other than that ice it everyday after you play your sport on for 20 min off for 20 min follow what i call RICE
R-Rest it when you can
I-ice 20 min on 20 min off
C-Compression...wrap it with an ace bandage if it swells
E-Elevation, while your on the computer or watching tv prop your knee up.

you have plenty of color choices. they have a wheel with a bunch of colors on them. the color is of the rubber band they put over the bracket so it doesnt cut you. the bracket is either silver or clear ( clear obvsiouly costs more ) if your getting silver, pick a good color...girls pink, purple, light blue or a shiny color or a green...you know anything works. you can also switch it when you go back for your monthly visit. so dont be too concerned with it!

I was wanting to know if anyone has ever used the Creme Hair Remover For Face by Sally Hansen. I just recently bought it, and I haven't used it yet. I'm hoping someone has used it and can tell me if it works really good or not. I hope I didn't waste my money :( By the way, I bought it for my upper lip. I recently tried the waxing strips from Sally Hansen, and they were way too messy. They also didn't work too well for me. So I decided to try using the creme hair remover, because I thought it would be easier and less messier. If anyone has used the stuff I am talking about please let me know if it works good! im not gonna lie and say i bought it because that would just be downright stupid. but try a piece on your arm...unless you wax/shave your arm hair. your arm hair is most like your upper lip hair...technically if you wax your upper lip often and you wax your arm thats fine. you can test some on your leg and see how it works if you dont wanna try your arm...do a part of your arm that not many people see also! hope i helped.

He is actually an okay person, but not to date, and I think by dating him, I've started to change him. He's stopped smoking and he does less drugs. He has a bad life and he said he would kill himself if he ever lost me. Now, I hate to be so pathetic and ask you guys this, but I really need help.
