Trampoline?? Hey! I was just wondering if there is anything that I can do on my trampoline (Jump King 14') to maybe loose weight, lol or like to increase my verticle jump maybe? or anything that has to do with fitness on it? thanks!

just jump on it a lottttt like for about 10 min and take a 5 min break and then again =) ]

run around the edge of the trampoline (not the edge edge but you know what i mean)..or run in place on it and do jumping jacks...idk lol -hope I helped ]
