ok....me and my BEST friend like the same guy...she said i could go after him...but i don't want to hurt her because she has liked him for a really long time...and hearing her say..."he likes you not me" made me start liking him!!!! and i don't know what to do!!! and we both think he likes me...he stares at me during volleyball and he is always taking my stuff and she says "flirting" with me!!! and i have no idea what to do

ok let me start off by saying that i've gone through this before, and if you still have any questions after reading my advice don't be afraid to ask me any more questions you might have =]

first you said that your friend told you that you could go after him. that is just her way of being nice to you. personally i think that you should talk to her about it and say that both of you should back off. i'm guessing that your young and there are plenty of other guys out there and it is only a matter of time before one of you likes someone new =]

but if thats not an option, you need to make sure that it is really and truly ok with your friend if you date this guy. also you need to make sure that he does like you. either ask him personally or ask his friends.

you don't want to ruin your friendship over a guy. so just be careful.

i want to use tampons, but i fell uncomfortable asking my mom!!! i ride horses and pads chaf!!!! i am 13 and the slimfits HURT, should i wait a few more years, i put them in right, all ican see is the string, but they still hurt!!! and the thing is i can't sit when i put one in!!! please help me!!!

i started using tampons the second month i got my period and at first they hurt me too. step one: CALM DOWN! if you are stressed and not relaxed when putting one in then it will hurt going in because you will tighten up. so just take deep breathes and relax. ok have you tried reading the directions that come with the tampons? they helped me a lot the first couple of times i used them.

even though you say that the slimfits hurt, continue to use them because it is so much easier to start out with slimfits then it is with a regular size tampon. what kind of tampon are you using? the one with the cardboard applicator or the one with the plastic applicator? the plastic applicators are my personal favorite because they slide in easier. now here are instructions on how to put one in properly:

1) sit down on the toilet or stand with one leg on the seat of the toilet (personally i sit)
2) unwrap the tampon and relax your muscles
3) slightly tilt the tampon towards your spine because that it the angle it goes in.
4) slowly & gently push it in
5) keep pushing until your fingers touch the opening of your vagina and until you can only see the string
6) now gently pull on the string to make sure it is in place
7) for about the first hour you will probably feel it just because your not used to wearing a tampon and your mind is thinking about it

now once you forget that your wearing one you shouldn't feel a thing. if it still hurts then it is probably in either too far or not far enough, and just take it out and start over. once it is in properly you should be able to sit, it just takes some getting used to. and then once your used to them it is like your wearing nothing at all ;]

just remember to not leave any tampon in for over 8 hours or you could get TSS (toxic shock syndrome).

ok first of all you need to be more confident with yourself. but that doesn't mean you need to be conceited.

ok so on with your question. not all girls go for the bad guys, and the ones that do then get their heart broken. just show the girls how you can be a better boyfriend then all of those bad boys and jocks. continue to be yourself and stay sweet and nice as you put it =]

try a push up or a water bra. go to victorias secret and try on a bunch of different bras until you find one that you like.

there is nothing that you can do to actually make them grow bigger, just give them time and they will grow.

and i agree with you, stuffing your bra is NOT a good idea lol, something can always go wrong with that or you can end up lopsided!

try a bunch of different hair styles until you find one that looks ok. try straightening it or scrunching it to remove some of the poofiness.

remember that it will grow back. you will get used to i promise. i always hate how my hair looks right after a haircut but then after like 1 or 2 days i grow to like it.

the first thing you need to do is talk to her about it and how you are really concerned about her. tell her that you are too afraid to lose her and can't stand the way she is treating her body.

think of it this way. is the same thing happened to her and she cheated on you would you want to know? if you said yes then you should tell her, but make sure to mention how you really love her and that you never meant to hurt her and will never do it again. if you said no then don't tell her but just remember that you did the wrong thing and if she does find out somehow she will be even more mad that you never told her in the first place.

well the age thing shouldn't matter because if he is almost 12 and your 13 then that is only one year difference. maybe people date someone that is a grade below them anyway.

for the girlfriend part. he is 11 and when your 11 a relationship never lasts long. so just wait a couple weeks and see what happens. right now just continue talking to him and try some subtle flirting to let him know your interested. but don't become clingy or obsessed.

well first off it shouldn't be falling out. either you aren't putting it in far enough or you have a wider set vagina. i'm guessing its just that you aren't putting it in far enough. you should be putting it in all the way sothat you don't see any of the tampon, just the string. all tampons come with very helpful instructions. i used it for the first couple of times i used a tampon. once you get it right it will be easy from then on. maybe you should try using the playtex slim fit tampons at first. i used them because they are thinner until i got used to wearing a tampon.

alright, so i want to lose weight. any inspirational/motivational advice with tips on how to make losing weight successful?

please include like what i can eat for breakfast (a quick "to-go" meal would be great), for lunch, and for dinner.

also what exercising methods can i do? i do have a treadmill, so how long a day should i use it?

and how much weight can i lose the healthy way if i stick to it?

i am overweight so it's not gonna be easy to just "get right on it" so really help me out, and anyone with experience to give me advice would be great.

and for the "bonus" any great weight-loss products to recommend? i already use slim-fast shakes so any bars or desserts (healthy alternative ones) would be good.

those other girls basically covered it. but you have to be dedicated. at first you will lose weight quickly, but as you lose more weight you won't lose as much each week. don't panic this is normal. you need to keep going in order to reach your goal.

i personally LOVE the special k vanilla crisp cereal bars. they are only 90 calories but they taste like candy! so they make a great snack when you want something sweet.

it is important that you drink like 6 water bottles a day. but if you not really in to water then try some flavored water like fruit20 or the special k protein water.

i have this red dot on my nose. its real weird. ive had it for years now. like 4 or 5 years. this one dermatologist told me that it should go away after a year or two, but it didnt. he said i could have it lasered off, but i didnt want to. its like a vein end or something with a vein. does anyone know what it is? or anything like that?

I really need help with this.
I have been hooking up with this guy since like july.
I told one of my friend what we did and she got the complete wrong story and told him what she thought i said and he got mad at me and we havent talked since then.
I recently ran into him somewhere and we didnt even talk.

He told one of my other friends though that he still really likes me.

if you guys go to the same school then just keep it casual. give him his space until he calms down and then explain to him what happened. you need to admit to him that you shouldn't have told your friend what happened, but she took what you said the wrong way. tell him that your sorry.

so really you just need to give him his space until he cools off and then tell him what happened.

Can you put any type of lotion/body lotion, on your face? or is it just for the body? My face is really dry from using acne medicine a lot so I want to mosturize it but I get oily skin a lot and right after I wash my face too so I don't want it to get more oily

well you really shouldn't use BODY lotion on your face. buy some face lotion, that would be better. because if you put body lotion or hand lotion on your face then it might cause you to break out because it isn't made for your face.
