Research. Research everything you can about cats and show your parents you understand what you're letting yourself in for.
Having a cat might seem like alot of fun but pets can be difficult to look after. Would you be willing to clean up after it? What would happen if it got ill or injured?
It's not all about money. It's about responsibility and whether your home is actually suitable for pets.
Perhaps tell your parents you want it as a joint birthday and christmas present? and offer to help out around the house and promise to get good grades etc. Negotiating may work. but if they still say no, there's not alot you can do.

You can still get pregnant even if he doesn't cum. (pre cum can contain sperm).

I have braces. I got them during feb? And I had my last appointment at the ortho around the beginning of august. No, they won't fall out. I went through the same thing. but I actually broke the wire as well.
but you're right.. it's because your teeth are gradually moving.

I'm the same - only it's not about boys.
I can tell you you're pretty normal. Everyone has dreams and fantasies. The whole point of them is to try and achieve them. You shouldn't say it will never happen. If you put your mind to anything, it can work.
Considering you're only 14 years old, you shouldn't really be worrying about boys and first kisses. I promise you they will come when they're ready to! You can't rush these things.
If you see a boy you like, focus on getting to know him. It could be the start of a whole new friendship or more.
Lots of people haven't had their first kisses etc or boyfriends at your age. and the majority who say they have could be lying.
For the time being, focus on your friends and school etc. If a boy happens to come into your life sometime soon, so be it. but if not, don't sweat it. There's plenty of time for you to start dating.

I suspect noone answered this before for the simple reason being this site gets so many questions like this. and it's rather impossible to tell if someone likes you, because we don't know what's going on inside their head.
Basically, if he called you hot, it seems like a good sign to me.. especially if he looks at you alot too.
Why don't you make the effort to talk to him? Next time you see him, simply say hello, or smile. It all starts from there. :) Then gradually you'll be able to build up into a proper conversation and get to know each other.
Do you have any internet profiles such as myspace? Look for him on one of those and start a conversation with him.
If you really want something to happen here, try to push yourself a little. Don't always wait for the guy.

There's no point in worrying about it. It's supposed to be a fun and special moment. Not nerve racking!

First things first:
If you aren't sure about being ready - you obviously aren't.
Secondly, it's perfectly acceptable to be a virgin at your age. Infact, I admire it.
To be perfectly honest, I think a girl would appreciate that in a guy. It means you've saved yourself for someone special - whether it be your current girlfriend or not.
Next, so what if you've been dating for 2 weeks? It works both ways here. If only one of you is ready to have sex, the other must wait. and if they have a problem with that, they obviously aren't good enough for you.
Next time your girlfriend brings it up, or if you're brave enough, sit her down and explain you haven't got that far with anyone else before. What's there to be embarrassed about? Nothing! If she likes you (which I'm guessing obviously she does), she will understand.
