junebug93 answered Sunday September 23 2007, 3:53 pm: I think it really depends on the person. A lot of people say it comes naturally, though personally when it was my first kiss, I pretty much had no clue what I was doing. The first kiss is the first, and it's almost like learning a new language, and it does take some practice to come completely naturally, unless you do find someone experienced enough so you can just follow their lead. I suggest, for your first time, you find someone you genuinely care about and who genuinely cares about you. Afterwards you'll feel special for sharing something sacred in a moment together with that one person, and the skill of the kiss won't actually matter. teardrops7 answered Sunday September 23 2007, 11:14 am: well yeah part does come naturally but i mean maybe like practice on your hand or something. i know it sounds weird but it might work..lol but seriously just like be comfortable with it and just go with the flow. you will learn as you go but until then just follow the other persons lead. hahamber16 answered Sunday September 23 2007, 10:22 am: A part of it is natural... Kind of like a talent for music or sports. However, it is not natural enough that you couldnt pick up new techniques and practice. Everybody has their own way of kissing, and in your life you will meet people that (according to you) can kiss and not kiss. Kissing is also based on being comfortable- thats the most important thing in any relationship if you are trying to advance physcially. Hope it helped... =] [ hahamber16's advice column | Ask hahamber16 A Question ]

There's no point in worrying about it. It's supposed to be a fun and special moment. Not nerve racking!
You shouldn't forget everyone is different, however. People kiss differently, but you should soon get used to it. After your first time with a particular boy, practice makes perfect.
