I don't watch that show too much, but my favorite episodes are:
the one where Jimmy takes steroids to cheat in the special olympics. Jimmy is so cute, he's my favorite =]

People are always insulting me and my friends about watching Naruto, Bleach etc... They say its a baby show. First off, it is not. There's porn in it, for God's SAKE!!!!!!!!! What do I tell peopel who tease me and my friends? I tried to ignore it, but now it's just pissing me off. I'm obsessed with anime. So are my friends, we shouldn't be judged should we?!

A. Others opinions on something as insignificant as the T.V shows you watch really shouldn't matter. ESPECIALLY people on here, who are just trying to help you out. As long as you don't think it's babyish, than you shouldn't let others bother you. I'm not saying you're wrong to be upset for people calling you "babyish", but you just really shouldn't let them get to you. Your actual physical friends don't think it's immature, so why let people you don't even physically know bother you?

B. You're contradicting yourself in some form, by targeting somebody who you feels targets you. You are trying to tell us that he makes fun of you, yet you're posting a question calling him out. You're kind of doing the same thing, see? There's really no need for this kind of targeting, it's only making you look a bit immature.

C. If you have a problem with Matt or ANY columnist, you should either:
Nicely post a complaint of some form in his forum, or file an abuse report.


No need to come on here and publically ask a question trying to ruin his reputation.

For a senior class trip we are going to Grad night at Disney World in Florida. Anyway, the trip will be roughly $600 a person. As you can see, it's a pretty expensive trip. It's actually really good for all it includes (meals, bus, hotel, etc.)
Anyway, the students who are going need to come up with some fundraising ideas to help us lessen the price. Unlike with clubs and such we don't have any starting money. We need ideas where we can do things with nothing. (The school has NO money to start us out with and we don't want to risk losing money if the idea fails).
So, any suggestions would be really helpful.

We've come up with a car wash, but I live in NC and where I live there is a drought thing going on and there are water restrictions so it wouldn't be legal.
The trip is in April so if the restrictions are lifted by then we are going to do a teacher car wash or something along those lines.

Any other ideas? Remember, it has to be something we can do with no prior funds.

A Bake Sale.
Selling School Spirit Items.
Having a big Rummage Sale.
A Raffle of some sort.
Do something like, a baseball game or 3 mile run, and have every person get sponsers.

Example:
Baseball Game: Each person would find sponsers, and the sponser would sign up and award the person they are sponsering a dollar for every run scored or something. Have you ever done the Math-A-Thon as a younger kid? If so, something along those lines.

I don’t when I will ask her that question again…

Yesterday I was pissed and annoyed I couldn’t take it anymore, right after class I was going to ask her and when I step in to the class room door with anger filled in my veins I saw her just sitting there finishing up home work. She was quite and not said a word I knew she seem mad or not in a good mood. I held it in and ask her “how are you?” “Not good I still feel sick from my cold” I realized that this isn’t a good time to ask, I knew I wouldn’t ask her because I never have the guts to. I couldn’t stand how quite she is and so I did my best. I made her laugh, I joke about work and school and how my boss can be an idiot and I saw her have a ball. All I wanted is her to be happy and right after the jokes she seem more talkative and hyper and close to me too, she seem a little better than before I came in to class. I don’t know what her answer will be in her reply but I hope our friendship will last forever.

It sounds like you are a really good friend.
You made her feel better when she wasn't feeling good, and you didn't take your anger out on her.
That's a really good quality to have. I hope your friendship lasts forever, too, and I'm sure it will last long with how hard you try to keep Lara happy =]

It depends on where I'm going and what the event, but in my purse, I usually carry:

- my iPod.
- sunglasses.
- a small bodyspray.
- money.
- a compact mirror.

I will still have feelings for Lara until I find some else and I will remember that I had a crush on her for nearly 8 years. I know I wouldn’t get over her until someone comes sweep me off my feet to forget ever thing about my crush on her. I am moving to Hawaii in next December I will miss my sisters and my friends and even Lara. My ex boyfriend Tony lives over there too, he’s been there for 3 years now with his mother, I remember him telling me on the phone six months ago that he still liked me. He even wrote a letter to me that he read on the phone saying that he hopes he meets someone just like me. when he told me that I was pretty surprise but then realized that I might be still liking Lara even thou I am out of the state of CA. but the thing is Tony never met anyone yet over there so he still does like me. but he hadn’t called me lately. So he might’ve met someone and I am happy for him if he did. Tony thinks the reason why I broke up with him is because he was to quite and boring he told me he change but the thing is the reason why I broke up with him is because I was using him to get over Lara. I didn’t want him to find out so I try my best to push him away but I really broke his heart. I told Lara that (on the chat room) reason why I went out with Tony is to get over her, she than ask me “why do you like me?” so I explain it to her that I am attracted to her for some reason and that its hard to explain. Lara is like a child once it comes into romance, she had one boyfriend it lasted 3 days, she never told me that until Mandy told me the day she broke up with him Josh. The thing is this was in freshmen year and I never told my feelings to her yet. When I found out she broke up with josh I ask her “why didn’t you tell me you had a boyfriend?“ she then got all defective about it and said “I thought Rachel told you” I looked at her with a confusing expression of why she got all pissy about that when I ask her, I told her that “usely its not the person who knew that you had a boyfriend is supposed to tell every one its yourself” she still got all defective about that too. I never understood that at all.

Tony called Lara too that six months ago that he told me that he liked her and was asking her out on the phone when Tony told me that I ask him what she said he told me “well she said Kime(that’s me) played this song to me to listen to and it keeps on playing over and over my head" it was not a song it was a poem I wrote to her I sent it to her email that day after I told her my feelings to her. I got very curious and wonder why? When I went out with my first boyfriend Aaron I told her and my other friend Rachel about it and I remember her saying this to me “are you both going to kiss?“ that’s when I guess her jealousy started, Lara doesn’t know what she wants in her life, she been asked out b so many guys but let them down because she doesn’t want a relationship during college, yes she feels lonely and yes she hates romance but she doesn’t get that she is the one that it is effecting herself. If she wants someone she shouldn’t freeze up and ignore it. I am not going to play her games anymore but I will try to ask her face to face to understand what she wants, Lara is not adult about this and I am trying my best to be, I thought this is over and I my self is keeping this going by asking her these questions I have to know I don’t want to brush it way. Maybe later in life she will realize that how childish she can be when it comes to romance. I am stepping up and she is backing down she step up once but didn’t explain her self, should I step again? Or wait for her to step up? No wait I should just not do anything and move on.

- I think you were right to end things with Tony, if you were only using him anyways. It's hard, but it's the best thing to do.


- Why she got defensive back when she had a boyfriend freshman year, it seems like she had feelings for you.


- That poem was adorable. I'd love to have somebody write me something like that.

- I think you should face to face ask her what she wants because you need to know, since you're leaving and all. Tell her exactly what you said above, you don't want to play her games anymore and you need an answer. Tell her to be an adult about this for once, and please stop messing with your feelings. Just one final time, let her know she never fully expressed her feelings, and you want her to open up.
Tell her you're leaving, and you don't want to leave not knowing how she feels. Tell her it's ok to open up and you won't judge anything she says, becasue you're here for her and you just want to know how she feels.

okay sorry but seriously, like i said i got grounded and kinda "gave him the note..." and then he wrote me back saying he was gay. now come on! i dont know who to believe. everyone says that he isnt, but he is telling me pretty strongly. and he said if i ever wanted to actually talk instead of passing a note to call him, and he gave me his number. the note says " hey, i dont know how you could like me you dont even know me, if you did know me you would know im gay, it just wouldnt work between us sorry. but if you ever want to talk instead of passing a note my number is..." does he sound serious? i asked him and he said he was, but there are some suspicions raised and im not so sure, just a gut feeling, i dont even know if the # is ligit. i havent called it yet. just wish i knew who was lying and who was telling the truth is all. he says he wants to be my friend but he is gay and it wouldnt work like that. so what do i do darling?

I think he sounded serious enough. But just to be sure, give him a call and see what happens. Or try talking to some of his friends and see what's going on.


But first, I'd try to call the number. If it's him, I'd tell him you just want to be friends for now, and you want to talk to him. Let him talk to you, and see if he really sounds truthful when he's telling you he's gay.

I don't think you should stay hung up on this note. If she read it, she read it. If she didn't, she didn't. You can't change that without actually asking her.

I want to make my hair black for my halloween costume, but I don't want it to damage my hair and I NEED to have my hair back to normal within 1 or 2 days, because I CANNOT walk around campus with black hair hahah. I definitely don't want to dye it black, it's way too risky. My hair color right now is medium brown if that helps.

You know what I once did? I sprayed a little piece of my hair, kept in the spray, and then washed my hair normally. I did this to test the spray, and I think you should, too =]


This way, you get to see not only what it will look like, but if it will wash out alright.
