crest white strips

i just started using crest white strips about 2 days ago and i was wondering when you take them out after 30 minutes, are you suppose to rinse ? is there anything else that i should know about them?

Yes- you should rinse them. You should not be swallowing the gel - gross! Lol, but yeah, wash out your mouth:D

Yes, after you remove the strip, you should rinse or wipe away any remaining gel. Here is the site for the strips. They have lots of helpful tips...
