Losing weight Okay so I've decided to do this Special K thing. So what I plan on doing is eating a bowl of it before school/in the morning, having a Special K Bar/Granola Bar/Fruit for lunch, and then Special K again for dinner, and occasionally having regular dinner. I've joined the volleyball team where I have practice every day after school (except Thursdays because of religion classes) for about an hour/hour and a half. Soon, basketball will be starting, so I'll be having practice Friday nights, and games on weekends. I really want to lose 15-20 pounds before summer of '08, and I was wondering if this was a good goal, and I'm really motivated so I really wanna try to lose weight and stick to it, so just let me know if there's anything else I can do to help me lose weight, and if you think my plan&goal are good and reasonable.

That diet makes you lose weight, but the minute you stop you'll gain it ALL and MORE back and it will really slow ur metabolism because that will be way less than 1000 calories. That diet works for a little while, but it doesn't help you keep the weight off and eventually it will make you plateau and you wont lose anymore because ur metabolism has slowed so much. ]
Hey, i tried the special k diet for 2 weeks, i didnt drop a dress size, but if you are playing volleyball too then it might work for you. I wasnt really exercising whislt doing the diet.
Id say drinking water throughout the day will help you lose the weight and have a low fat/low calorie dinner in the evenings.
As for your chest size, it wont change dramatically, maybe a little bit but i doubt you will go to a size B so dont worry =]
