colored hair spray
Does anyone know if this is safe for your hair and if it will wash out within 1 or 2 days?

I want to make my hair black for my halloween costume, but I don't want it to damage my hair and I NEED to have my hair back to normal within 1 or 2 days, because I CANNOT walk around campus with black hair hahah. I definitely don't want to dye it black, it's way too risky. My hair color right now is medium brown if that helps.

You know what I once did? I sprayed a little piece of my hair, kept in the spray, and then washed my hair normally. I did this to test the spray, and I think you should, too =]
This way, you get to see not only what it will look like, but if it will wash out alright.

I have no clue if that stuff is safe. But an alternative is to buy a black wig. You can also try this hairspray that you can get at a drugstore, I forget what it's called, it washes out with shampoo. Sorry if this answer didn't help much.

Usually any of those work. My friends got theirs from CVS & it came out fine. Just make sure it says that its washable & comes out in the shower or something. If you do have any problems [which most likely won't happen], you can always go to a hair dresser & they have products to get it out & back to your regular color. I wouldn't worry about it though. People use it a lot, especially for halloween.

any party store should have it, temporary and wash out of all colors.
