South Park is my favorite show, so obviously I have a ton of favorite episodes.

i have soooo many favorites:
the jlo one with the puppet
the paris hilton one
the walmart one
tourettes
the death of eric cartman
and the one about hybrid cars. <3

Hahaha, I love the one with J.Lo and the hand puppet thing.
"My name is Hennifer Hlopez, and I like to eat tacos and burritos!!"
All throughout the episode, she keeps going 'si si!' and there's this really funny part where J.Lo gets really mad when Cartman comes with the puppet, and the puppet goes "HOLA BITCHOLA!" and J.Lo goes "What the hell is that? THATS WHAT YOU HAVE TO REPLACE ME?"
I don't remember the episode entirely, since it was awhile ago, but it's hilarious! The J.Lo puppet starts screwing Ben Affleck.

I don't watch that show too much, but my favorite episodes are:
the one where Jimmy takes steroids to cheat in the special olympics. Jimmy is so cute, he's my favorite =]
and the one where their teacher had a sex change, and he goes, "When do I get my first period?!"
