My ex boyfriend whom I haven't talked to in a month just called me the other day. We went out for 6 months and he is 19 and im 17. Hye there. I have the same problem. I find that taking 2 extra strnth tylenol or advil will do the job, along with a heating pad on you lower back or abdomens for an hour or so. Just relaz throughout the painful part. Also, drink a lot of water throughout the month, and your period, and cut salt out of your diet.

When I get my period, the first 3 days are very heavy. I wear pads on those days and then tampons the rest. I'm going down the shore on the days when it's heavy and I'm not sure what to do. I'm going to be swimming and everything, but do you think a 'super' tampon would be good enough? It's really heavy and I'm scared even the super tampons won't be enough. What should I do? (link)

Well, mine are very heavy, and super worked fine with me. Okay, there a couple of things you can do ... try super plus. they are for 12'15 grams of blood and you can take it out right after you go swimming. I mean ... you won't be swimming for hours. Another thing, go to the doctor and ask for birth control .... that will lighten them up really well

Hye. hmmm, well, if you are comfortable with talking to your parents about that, you can buy some vagisil cleanser, which is a special soap to clean that area. Also, when your taking a shower, don't use too much soap on that area, as it will get infected. Also, your "area" is self cleansing, but keep yourself clean down there. guys like that. lol. Also, if you really want to be clean down there, shave all the hair off, and moisterize it with an aloe moisterizer, and then put some baby powder on there to prevent infection. Hope I helped. ttyl

Hey there. With the toothpaste, before you go to bed at night, dab a solid color (no gel) toothpaste on just the pimples ... not all over the skin because that will dry it out. With the nail poilish remover just dab it on the pimples with a q tip. Make sure none of that get in your eyes or in your mouth. ummm ... always wash your face in the morning and night ... morning to get all the grime and shit out of your pores, and at night to wash off dirt/grime/make up. Oh, and use a gel, moisterizing soap. Try St. Ives Clear Pores soap, or Mary kay Velocity facial cleancer is excellant.

ok, it's possible for her to get pregnant, because there have been cases of babies getting periods. But who would do a 5 years old. Anywyas ... it is possible for a year old to become pregnant if she has her period, but not for her to have the baby. Her body couldn't take it.
