My boyfriend and I have been together for 9 months. We're really close and I trust him with my life. I think we're ready to take our relationship farther, on a physical scale. But whenever we talk about sex we're just kidding I guess. And he seems really timid to talk to me about it. He's not a virgin, so he's been in the "wanting to have sex" position before. But I'm wondering, am I doing the right thing by talking to him about it, or should I just leave it up to him or go for it in the heat of the moment?

I think before you actually do it I think that you should talk about if you are both ready for it or not.

Because then you will truely know that you both want it.

i have one line in a musical "lets meet him in the hallway so we can invite him to dinner." i was really dissapointed that i didnt get a part but i just decided to do this one line as best and enthusiadtically as i can so maybe the teachers will see that when i auditioned i was just nervous since it was my first audition. i just wanted to know some tips to make my line sound really good and proffesional! i'll do anything!

I was in a play once when I had only one line and what I did for it to stick out was just play the part...not overdramatasize it but just kept it good in the role. I mean there is not much you can do other then just try your best and make the line fit the role.

Stage makeup is makeup you where on stage...and you wear it however your role calls for you to play it.

Ok, to sum it up. I like this guy, and my friends all think he likes me, even though they don't know i like him, and then my friend told me she likes the guy i have a crush on. and even though we're not really good friends, she asked me if i liked him and i said no, so know i feel like if she finds out i do like him she'll think i just decided it after she said she liked him. to complicate things even more, i still like a guy from camp who i haven't talked to since summer. i'm not sure what to do.. i mean alot of my friends think he likes me, and i guess i sorta see it, but i'm not sure.

Well first, the guy at camp if you haven't talked to him since summer I think you should just forget about him.

But about the guy since the girl is not really your good friend just go for the guy, I mean what's the worst that could happen? But if you don't want to do that then just talk to her about it...maybe she will understand.

My boyfriend and I are having a lot of issues. We've been together for two years and things are beginning to go downhill. We've had a lot of bad times, but this one is pretty bad.

Nothing has really happened. I am 15 years old and homeschooled. We've been fighting about a lot of things lately, tiny things. Last night, he told me he wasn't sure if he's ready for a serious relationship anymore. We've been very serious and I have no idea what I should do. I am pretty sure that this relationship is really worth the struggle, because we talk about everything. We never cuss and scream at each other when we fight because we know its wrong. We've decided to save ourselves for marriage, and I think thats amazing for a teen relationship thats gone for so long.

My problem is that if we break up, I know that I will lose myself, and I know everyone has to get over someone, but I have depression. So, I think it would worsen me if I had to deal with normal crying breaking up and depression all at the same time. Any advice?

(Also, I don't really have any friends to help me cope with this)

Wow, so I was almost in that exact same situation only I wasn't homeschooled, and a few other differences.

But, what I learned from it was that I had put all of my life into that boy, and when he went away he took it with him, so I thought. But I went on a vacation and I just didn't talk to him or about him, and it actually felt good to be without him.

I eventually go used to the fact that he was'nt with me, and my life was still fine. But I was also going to a councelor so that helped, maybe you could do that too?

But what you need to do is realize you are still young, and there is so much opportunity out there for you, and you shouldn't get soo stressed over a boy when you still have your whole life ahead of you. Just remember all of the good times you have had with him and take those with you, and leave the bad with him....

well for me it kind of gets really depressing when i see all these couples and people finding 'the one' and i feel left out, i have had my chances but they just want me for something else.im not exactly the prettiest person alive, actually im far from it. and i cant seem to find him, its really making me mad/sad/depressed. i know when the right time comes it will happen but do you think you can give me some tips to hold up till then because it seems like it will never happen, or wont it

You are 14, don't worry about finding the "one" right now...because I am betting that most people who meet at 14 are not going to be together forever. Just have fun, do stuff you like to do, hang out with friends, enjoy life instead of worrying about the "one".

my mom made me break up with my boyfriend just recently.I did what was told,but my mom still thinks we are going out.my mom makes me use the phone in the living room or let her listen on the other line.I have no privacy.How do I get more privacy?why is she doing this when I did what I was suppose to?

I think that you should just try and do what she says for a while, and maybe she will learn to trust you. Like try and make sure the house is clean, or if you have younger siblings watch them, or just do things to make your mom realize that you are trustworthy and responsible, and she will cool down a bit.

And if this helps, my best friend decided to like the same guy I used liked right after I told her I liked him. ( I like her EX now ) And I was really hurt cause she started flirting with him constantly and won him over and now they're going out so she took a guy away from me, would it be wrong to go out with her old ex?!

Before you do anything talk to your friend...tell her how you feel about him and see how she reacts...she might not even care..

hey i have a bit of a problem. When my mom met my boyfriend about two to three weeks ago, she told me after he left that she thinks he looks dirty( his clothes look dirty, his hair, ect). I looked at my boyfriend this morning and i see what she means. i love my boyfriend, dont get me wrong but he looks like he doesnt brush his teeth, his hair was a mess, he had stuff in his eyes and a stain on his shirt. (Just to let you know, we go to a private school which requires us to wear a uniform). At times, he smells too. I dont know how to tell him with out sounding mean or rude. Is there any way to say something about it?

another thing is, i notice how in class today, he sits right next to me in both the classes we have together, that about half of the time, he will talk to my friend that sits right next to him and he is always hugging other girls and calling them "sexy". this kinda gets me mad/jealous. I dont know how to tell him with out sounding like...annoying. Most of the times when we are hanging out in the morning, i will be talking to him and one of his friends will walk by and he will go and talk to them. What should i say to him about it? I hate getting ditched like that.

Wow...well about him being dirty, I don't think there is any way that you can tell him without him feeling like you are being rude. So I think the only think you can do is live with it, and hope that he will change.

And with him and the girls, you NEED to tell him, and it doesn't matter if he think you sound annoying, telling him will make him aware of how you feel about it, and you will probably feel better about it.

Or, to solve both of these problems you could break up with him.....

I have a very bad flirting problem. I know a lot of people who don't even know how to flirt. My problem is, though, that I do it way too much. I have a boyfriend and he gets mad because his friends flirt with me and I flirt back. What do I do to stop this?

If you flirt with other guys, then break up with your boyfriend, and then you can flirt with as many guys as you want.

But if you don't want to break up with him, then stop flirting with the. That is plain and simple. Just STOP. What if your boyfriend was flirting with other girls? Would that make you feel very good? Try and look at it from his perspective and maybe you will be able to stop yourself from doing it.

Set aside a specific time each day and say that you will sit down for that tie everyday and do your homework, and set goals so be like if you get this grade then you will go out and buy yourself a new outfit...or something like that.

So okay i really want to but some like new bras and more thongs and underwear from victorias secret. But the thing is my mother is always like "nice thong"(sarcastically)when she hand me my luandry. Ok, come on you have to know that is pretty slutty. Do you want us to tell you that is not slutty? Because it is.

But, like everyone else has said, stop have sex with people. Because no one is going to stop if you keep screwing guys.

okay..is it normal to fall asleep @ 6PM. wake up for 5 minutes around 10PM. then go back to sleep. wake up @ 1 then fall back to sleep. then again at 5AM. then 7:30. Then getting up @ 9AM. still really tired. is that normal at all??

Do you have a lot on your mind? Because that is what happened to me, but I also got very little sleep, but what you should do is see a doctor and they can give you sleeping pills so you can sleep through the night.

ok i am about to have a mental breakdown with scott..i don't know how much more i can take of all this crap...everyday its problem after problem...so he told me that he was going out to eat with his ex and her family...ok fine..then the next day its him vita (his ex), his friend sam and his girlfriend...i was like so your going on a double date and he goes in a way and i was PISSED!! he was like its not a date for me and vita its for sam and his girlfrined...and this is the girl who was buying his presents..i was crying and he goes why are u crying? why the hell do you think! he was like nothing is going to happen and then i said if you cheat on me with her dont even call me...so then yesterday we got into another fight b/c i was supposed to go and see him but my ride bailed and he was pissed and then he told me that he was haning out with vita friday and saturday and i got so mad i was like well i hope you have fun and i hung up then he called me back and left a message saying if you thought i was pissed befor you can't imagine how pissed i am now i dont even want to talk to you today so dont call me.. so thats how things are right now...i dont know what to do anymore..i'm going to have a mental breakdown...help me please

I really think you need to give him some time alone to think and try and figure out what he wants.

I know that will be hard for you, but from what it sounds like he has no idea what he wants right now, he sounds like he is just confused and upset.

So hun, I really think for your sake that you should just leave him alone, so you and him can have a break and recover from all of this madness.

14/f Sry it's so long. So there's this boy and he asked me out like 2 weeks ago I said yes. We've gone bowling a few times with friends and we hang out whenever we can. He comes to my play pratices and whatever he can whenever he can and vice versa. We put our arms around each other and cuddle and stuff but when ever any one asks either of us wheather it's offical or not we say no. The problem is my friends are giving me grief about this. They're like if your not offical then you shouldn't let him hold you and if your not offical and he decides to like some one else he could drop you and you'd get hurt and have no argument. The truth is idc about this and I know he won't just drop me. Tell your friends the truth, exactly how you feel, and if they don't understand then don't let it bother you. If you are fine with it, then just ignore them.

Hey I need advice asap! 18 female. I am currently about 2-4 days late on my period. Also i usually start my period before my best friend and she is already started. So here is the deal. Where a cute pair of nice fitting jeans, and a cute top, and of course a cute pair of shoes, but now heels...and that should be fine, but don't overdo it, just try and dress casual but a cute casual.
