Why won't he kiss you? Most guys are usually nervous and if it's his first kiss, then of course he is nervous. Guys don't like to admit that they never kissed someone before so just don't pressure him into it because it will make him feel bad. Anyways, give it some time and let him feel comftrable around you and then see if he will make the first move and if not then you should defenetly go for it.

i know you probably want him to make the move on doing it but how about you do it..
Make the move or discuss it some more && ask why he won`t make the move..maybe he needs more time && isn`t ready..

Well if he doesn't want to DON'T make him, because you should respect his decision.
But if he wants to and just won't make the first move, then one time when you are alone you start it. He is probably just nervous.

Ok,of course try not to prassure him,but when you 2 are alone,why not try making the first move,you never know,he may want to kiss you,but is too shy to make the first move,and once you start it,he'll realize that it's not so bad and than you can kiss him more,my friend's have tried this with their boyfriends,and it works,they'll get used to it than everything will be fine from there,^_^, hope this helps!

How about you leave it be? He doesn't want to do it, so don't pressure him into it. Simple as that.
What you think you should do, and what he thinks you should do, are gonna be 2 different things, so you should realize that and just give it time.
