I like fairies (thus why I am wearing fairy wings in the picture). Good grammar rocks, too. It doesn't have to be perfect but I get frustrated when people completely disregard it. I like every color except pink. I hate the wind. Sometimes, I carry around a little teddy bear I found at an antique store. His name is Robert. I dress very eccentrically. It's not unusual for me to wear a prairie dress one day and a Mod dress (think Austin powers) the next. I don't dye my hair, or wear much make-up. I think it's sad that no one puts any emphasis on natural beauty anymore. I think it's a good thing to be open and educated about sex and other issues that are considered taboo. I have a hard time seeing where homophobics are coming from.

I don't trash talk them, but I can only rationalize that there are very, very bad people who are publicized that practice this religion. However, people should know that just because there are some bad people in that religion (just as there is in all the others), it doesn't make the rest of them bad, but people get an impression and stick with it. I think the whole polygamy thing that some of the more radical mormons practice freaks people out, and because it's strange to them, they talk shit because they don't understand and generalize it to apply to all mormons.

Take a child development class where they make you carry around a crying baby doll 24/7, and then see if you want a baby. If you still do, get help or something...just...whatever you do, don't have a kid now! Please wait until you have more of an education and stable jobs... not to mention you don't KNOW that you'll be with this guy for the next 18 years (even if you feel 100% sure, nothing is ever for sure). Wait another 5 years at least, please, if not for yourselves, then for the potential child. You could give it a much better life later on.

All right first of all...you should probably wait more than three weeks before you have sex with him. You'll come to learn that if a guy is already pressuring sex a week into a relationship he's probably not a keeper. If you really like him that much, then stay with him, but don't put out just yet. He'll stay if he's worth putting out for, and he won't wait around long if he's not. You should wait at least months, not weeks, before having sex with him, especially at a younger age. Give it 6 months or a year and see where it goes. I know that sounds like forever but if you really love him then it will be worth the wait.

Okay well..first...this isn't a sex question. It falls under love life...but I suppose that doesn't really matter.
If you really want him to know, obviously you need to tell him that you've been writing the notes, or at LEAST sign the note saying that it's you. Just write something like..."Hey, I'm the one who's always written the notes... I've liked you for a while and I want to know if you feel the same way. -Your name" It's that simple. It might make you really nervous to do it but you'll at least feel a lot better afterward and you can finally get some closure.

Well, I know you're really curious and all, but when it comes down to it, it's really none of your business. Besides that, if he's not, it probably hurts his feelings to be asked that. and...if he is, then he's just not ready to come out yet and you shouldn't push it. Yeah, a lot of gay teenagers especially probably like that stuff, but have you ever thought that a lot of straight guys might secretly like some of that stuff and they just don't say anything about it because they're afraid of what other people think? Maybe your friend just doesn't give a shit, and that's a really cool attribute. Whatever it is, it shouldn't matter if he's gay, and if it does, maybe you should reevaluate your own priorities...

This isn't one of those am I fat questions.
I'm 5'4 and weight 113lbs. I know I'm not fat or anywhere near there. When I am with my friends, or any other girls really, I feel confident and that I'm the right size. But, when I'm alone I look at myself and start thinking that I could loose a few more lbs. I'll get so caught up in it that I won't even go near a mirror for the rest of the day. Have you ever stared at a word for too long and it started to look like it was spelt wrong? ...Or maybe you tried too long to figure out a math problem and it just wouldn't come to you... so later when you went back to it and hardly thought about it at all, it came out really quickly? Sometimes people just think too much about certain things. When you're alone, you have time to think and become a prisoner of your own thoughts. Add a mirror into this equation, and you start to do some serious overanalyzing of your body. The more you think about it, the more distorted it becomes, like that word or that math problem. It's good to look in the mirror and pay attention to how you look, but looking in a mirror too long isn't good for you. It's vain and obviously doesn't help you with anything. Avoid staring in mirrors for too long at your body and always remember to remind yourself that no matter what tricks your mind plays on you, you are still a good, healthy weight and that your appearance is fine, with or without the mirror. Good luck with everything.

Umm... well, I think it's kind of absurd that you're "becoming" a label and it's kind of strange but... whatever. I'm not really here to lecture you on that nor do I have the energy. Either way, I still feel like I need to tell you NOT TO GO TO HOT TOPIC IF YOU REALLY WANT TO BE A "GOTH" THAT BAD. I'm not really sure what rock these other people have been under, but Hot Topic is not goth. It's a lot of black clothing and good band shirts that got so overproduced they turned bad all aimed at kids who think they're so rebellious and dark and deep. Every once in a while I shop there for a couple things, so it's not like it's the antichrist, but it is also by no means goth. I think you should google for goth clothes and see what comes up. The British sites tend to have better stuff, but it gets expensive. Have fun.

I'm suddenly a vegeterian, 2 days ago in the mail I got this magazine and a cd from PETA which is apart of goveg.com. Everytime I think about trying to eat meat, I keep getting the images from what I saw on the DVD stuck in my head.
Does anyone know any good vegeterian meals. I'm don't like peppers and onions and almost every premade meal such as veggie burgers have them in it.

That's not to say that what they are saying are lies, by any means. They just overexaggerate everything, try to show the worst of it, and overall just want to convince you to think like they do. Try to protect yourself from being impressionable to propaganda in the future; it can get dangerous.
But that's not what you were asking! .. Lots of Mexican food seems to have vegetarian dishes. There are a million different types of pastas you can eat and salads can be good. Try googling "vegetarian meals" and see what comes up.

I have a friend named Tara. Shes in 12th grade, graduating this year, and going to college for Theater.. I've been quite worried about her lately, because i know that she cant have her whole life rely on Theater. She wasted her past 6 years working to be an actress. And shes not all that bad, but someone from a small town and such like ours, prolly wont get very far. I've tryed talking to her about other options. I dont want her whole life to be thrown out the window because of some, un-realistic dream.. Quit acting like you know what you're talking about. She wants to do theatre, let her do theatre! There will always be job openings for her to be a theatre teacher if worst comes to worst. I've been doing theatre throughout high school and plan to have one of my majors in it and it's not "throwing your life out the window" to do it. If you get a college education, you can get a job, period. They don't care if you majored in theatre. There are always ways to make money and she's not ruining her life by doing it and condemning herself to a life of poverty. You should leave her alone, but it wont be becuase you are "letting her make her own mistakes." You should do it so that you can worry about your own freakin' life and maybe judge yourself before you go talking shit to other people. I don't even believe in God, but I believe very strongly in the moral behind "Let him who is without sin cast the first stone." I think you're more likely to throw your life away on being cynical and unsupportive than someone who has a talent and wants to pursue it.

I hear certain types of birth control can lower a woman's sex drive. Antidepressants can, too, but I wouldn't suggest going on those unless you are actually depressed. A gynecologist would probably be able to give you more details.
