I think it depends on the way he is teasing you.
If it isn't a mean teasing then he probably likes you. You could consider it a form of flirting.
If he is rude or mean about the teasing then I don't think he likes you. He is just being an ass. :)

Well, if this person is mature, he most likely wouldn't do so. If he is harshly teasing you, he probably isn't interested either. but if it's a playful tease then he could be interested.

yeah i think its still that way. some of them are like that still. they are SO interested in you. they think its funny and fun and stuff but secretly they still like you. i honestly think they grow out of it. it tkes them longer to mature for girls remember!! hope i helped!!

i personally dont think so. im my own experiences that wasnt the case. i mean i am mid-way through being a teenager and when guys that are like 14 and 15 like you they tend to just get kind of shy around you actually.
