bra's at night?
ok. well i was wondering if it's true that you miss chances to grow if you wear a bra at night. like a bra with an underwire and such as you would wear during the daytime. answers are very much appreciated, and thanks ahead of time!

lol, trust me..if your boobs are gonna grow, THEY'RE GONNA GROW, whether you want them to or not =oP a bra isnt gonna stop that.

That is a myth. But it is apparently good to waer a bra at night because i think your boobs can become saggy over time if you don't. But lots of people don't wear bras at night for the purpose of good circulation :)

Lol someone told me this too. I sleep in a bra all the time, it even has underwire. I cant stand not having one on all the time. And let me tell you, it has not stunted anything.

It's been said many times, but I highly doubt that it's true. If it was my breasts would have never grown. I sleep in mine 24/7. I'm not so sure how healthy it is for you, but don't worry. I'm sure it won't stunt your 'growth'.

No this isnt true at all. However, if you find wearing a bra at night uncomfortable you can always wear a sports bra. My mom always told me if you dont wear a bra at night your boobs can get saggy as your grow older. Hope I helped.

That's not true. Think about it, that would be like saying that wearing clothes stop you from growing.
Of course, you might not want to wear an underwire bra at night if it's uncomfortable, and if you're lying down then you don't need the bra to support your breasts.
By the way, you don't need the apostrophe in the title.

it doesnt affecct the growht in any way, whatsoever. but if you wear it when you sleep, you could slightly ruin the bra/wear it out

Nope. Thats not true. Your boobs will still grow. But, its really uncomfortable to wear a bra while you sleep.

Not true at all. Its a myth. Wearing a bra at night is just really uncomfortable. Wearing a bra at night doesn't stop your breasts from growing (nor does it help them grow).
