hihihihihi answered Monday April 24 2006, 3:46 pm: is this just for tonight?
if it happens every night, maybe your waking up too late so your not tired at night.
Make sure your bed is comfertable, try a shower. [ hihihihihi's advice column | Ask hihihihihi A Question ]

Also, avoid doing anything in your bed like reading, etc. There are only two things you should be doing in a bed, and those are sleeping and sex. Melatonin tea works wonders in calming and helping to go to sleep, so you might want to investigate that. [ oddlockset's advice column | Ask oddlockset A Question ]

BeFABULOUSxo answered Friday April 21 2006, 8:08 am: My theater teacher taught of this method of relaxing. It worked so well that some of us fell asleep.
What he told us to do was to lay down. Shut off all the lights. We closed out eyes. We imagined being on a trip, being in a boat, and many other things that would require a lot of details. Then see if you can feel yourself sinking into the ground.
