falling alseep okay, i need help now. like it's 2:30 a.m. were i live rigt now and i can NOT fall asleep, what are some good ways to try and fall asleep?

Some of these may be too late for tonight, but in general to sleep better avoid caffeine, get some morning exercise and sunshine, eat lots of foods during the day that are high in magnesium, and at night try some relaxing yoga poses before bedtime.
Spicy foods can pep you up so it is best to avoid these late in the day. ]
Get off the internet for one. ]

if it happens every night, maybe your waking up too late so your not tired at night.
Make sure your bed is comfertable, try a shower. ]
Well, it'll help a lot if you work on calming your body and brain before you go to sleep. Also, avoid doing anything in your bed like reading, etc. There are only two things you should be doing in a bed, and those are sleeping and sex. Melatonin tea works wonders in calming and helping to go to sleep, so you might want to investigate that. ]
Try not to fall asleep and concentrate on something else and then finally sleep will kick in. (It works for me.)

haha uhhh there are sleeping pills....? you should just lay down and think about random things or watch TV until you fall asleep... or go get something done that you need done... youll get tired and go to sleep.

My theater teacher taught of this method of relaxing. It worked so well that some of us fell asleep.
What he told us to do was to lay down. Shut off all the lights. We closed out eyes. We imagined being on a trip, being in a boat, and many other things that would require a lot of details. Then see if you can feel yourself sinking into the ground.
I'm sorry you cant get to sleep. I hate that!

stay away from anything entertaining, so get off the computer and just lay in bed on your stomach or side. you should fall asleep sometime. ]
