okay, i need help now. like it's 2:30 a.m. were i live rigt now and i can NOT fall asleep, what are some good ways to try and fall asleep?

Some of these may be too late for tonight, but in general to sleep better avoid caffeine, get some morning exercise and sunshine, eat lots of foods during the day that are high in magnesium, and at night try some relaxing yoga poses before bedtime.
Spicy foods can pep you up so it is best to avoid these late in the day.
