ASKxKATiEx3 answered Wednesday June 7 2006, 4:30 pm:
just ask HiM what HE wants. if this does not work, ask his parents for some ideas. they are the ones who know what he likes best. you might give him candy like a lot of people are saying, but, on the other hand, if he eats all the candy, he might get bored && not be intrested in it anymore. whatever you do, always tell him that he's doing a good job. (unless he's not doing a good job. lol.) good luckk!

I read some of the answers that you have recieved and feel that i can add a little more insight. A few people have suggested candy or more dessert. While these do come to mind also remember the people who are paying you, the childs parents. Ask them if it would be okay, parents can be very protective of thier kids eating habits and you dont want to lose your job over your kindness. I think that reading his favorite books, fun games that are safe, and good boy "mini vacations" such as to the park or down the street might be more in the right direction. Hope this helped

you could bring him special games to play or you could reward him by watching his favorite movie. if he likes to color let him draw for a while as a treat. if you wanna give him candy, you could give him suckers or gummies. you could take him outside to play f you are allowed to go out the house. hope i helped.

Aww, that's cute =P I'd say candy. Everyone loves candy! Candy, and also rent a movie: "If you're good today, I'll let you watch the Heffalumps movie and eat this 3 Musketeers Bar!" That should work, good luck!

Informant_Girl answered Monday August 15 2005, 11:32 am:
A verbal "Good boy" or "You're so helpful" can do wonders. You could come up with a reward system too - like a star sticker pasted into a special book everytime he does something good or a coloring page for him color and keep in a folder. It's all about positive reinforcement - if you make it seem like a reward, he'll value it too and look forward to it.

Ice cream! Well not too much, but ice cream is of course natures candy, next to bacon. Play his favorite game with him if you already don't. I know most parents don't appreciate kids having candy and soda too much, so if you can't give him any, ask him what kind of sandwhich he wants and make it for him. Or even ask him to be the baby sitter for an hour. I know, sounds lame, but he'd have a lot of fun. Good luck.
