I completely accept that no one else can tell someone whether they are in love or not but does anyone else find it a little silly when people say they are completely in love with someone they have never dated or kissed, or dated for a week or so?
I almost find it offensive. I don't like that word being taken so lightly and thrown around. Does this annoy anyone else here, or am I being too judgmental?
i agree.... it does love is such a huge thing to say and people do use it to often and it is annoying i think that when they say it they just are really saying that they like the person a lot.... you're not being to judgmental

alright well heres my deal, i'm 14/f and my best friend well i LOVE her brother i went out with him secretley but then she found outt and she was pissed..so then we had to break up bcus his parents were always yellin @ him and she wuld always cry about it i dnt see wat the big deal was but anyways we got back together and we got sexually active, agen she found outt and we had to break it off except this time it was BIGG. i think you just need to sit him down and told him it wasnt fair to you that he kissed you while he still has a girlfreiend and that he needs to explain where he thinks your relationship is at right now like are you just friends or more.. hope i helped

I want to wait until I am married to have sex. do most jobs.. (for example - target, any restaraunt, walgreens, menards, etc.) hire 15 year olds if they have a workers permit? bc im 15 and i really need a job.. that doesn't require you to work the fry machine..
sometimes they hire younger people to clean so if you dont mind cleaning then you will probably be able to find a job!

I'm thirteen and I want my navel pierced. My Grandparents [who were really strict with my Mom and her sister], are even okay with it. Both of my parents say that I'm too young. But my Dad doesn't live with me, so my Mom can still say yes. Hey what would you get a guy for his sweet 16th? I haven't known him very long, only about 2 years, and we don't see each other very often, so it can't really be a memorable sort of thing. I am really upset right now. Let me flashback:
"Kaley" and I went to the same school two years ago, and I was there since I was in first grade. She just started school there that year, so I wanted to be nice and talk to her. It turned out, we had a lot in common and by the end of the year, we were bestfriends. I went over her house a few times and we always had a blast. Then at when school ended for the summer, she was going to a different school and I was also going to a different one.
Last year, we promised eachother we would still keep in touch, which I TRIED to do but she obviously wasn't interested anymore in being there for me. Now a new year is starting again with school and everything, and she sent me an email with her AIM. She told me NOT to ever call her though because she's always "busy". Now, she was online a few seconds ago and her away message said "hey, I'm around the house. Lindsey, call me!" And then when I was on for only a few seconds, she signed off. well, my name isn't lindsey and that made me upset. I'm so upset now... how can I deal with this?

yea, its me again..I forgot to ask this..Well, i know that EvErYoNe argues and fights..Since i grew up in a family that everytime someone STARTED to argue, it blew out into a fist fight and cops coming and me getting hit, so everytime ANYONE at all argues, i get REALLY shaky, crying, and everything like that! I live with my dad now, i have for 3 years and nothing like this has happened before until now, or atleast i havent noticed it..Like a few weeks ago, my dad and step-mom got into a big arguement over something and i was in my room with the door shut, but i could hear them b/c they were only on the other side of the wall..and i know that this would NEVER happen b/c they're just not this kind of people, but since everything before happened, i was scared that they would hit each other and come after me and the police would come, but i know it wouldnt happen but i still get scared..can anyone give me any help on what i should do?? I really need help on this b.c its getting so bad that i actually hated them for a minute b/c i pictured it being my real mom..i got HORRIBLE flashbacks..Please help me!! :(

I think you need to sit you parents down and tell them that even though you dont get the highest you are still trying you hardest and if that is not good enough then your sorry... but hunn if your trying your hardest then dont worry bout what your parents say and even though they take your stuff away keep trying your hardest and try to show them that you do like do your homework in front of them or ask them for help maybe they would like that!! hope i helped!!
