Try small toys, like mac donalds toys, or stickers. if you really want to give him candy make sure his parents approve. ask him what types of things he likes. ex. my little brother loves john deere, so when he behaves, i go to the john deere website, and let him look at pictures. or when he is really good, the next time i babysit i will give him a little john deere tractor toy...catch my drift? Hope I helped...plz rate...hersheylover... [ hersheylover's advice column | Ask hersheylover A Question ]

IHaveHelp answered Tuesday August 23 2005, 4:09 pm: i feel your pain - my 4-year old brother is sooo picky- we've tried lots of candy- try things that might not taste as great but have a cool appearance like character candy or somethin similar!
Here are some good sweets- sweedish fish, chocolate kisses, baby bottle pop, ring pop, sponge bob popsicles, smarties, coin chocolate... find out what shows he likes- you'll find chocolate shapes of those characters!

karenR answered Tuesday August 16 2005, 1:49 am: Candy necklaces...just about any of that novelty candy you find in convenience stores. They are nuts about those candy rings etc. The necklace is a grand kid favorite around here though. :) [ karenR's advice column | Ask karenR A Question ]

tellmemore381 answered Monday August 15 2005, 1:50 pm: Try small things that won't make a mess like m&m's or skittles or starbursts. don't get anything too big for i child to eat. You could also get something a little more healty like popsicles. If all else fails, make some cookies!

emster812 answered Monday August 15 2005, 1:15 pm: All kids love candy. But some can be allergic to things like peanut butter(reese's) or chocolate. When you babysit the kid ask him what his fav candy is and that time instead reward him with somethign else fun like playing his fav boardgame or watching his fav movie. I do that and little kids (3-4) love it. The next time bring the candy they told you.
Hope I helped! :)

That is a treat I like to buy for my 6 year old brother. [ PrettyLady16's advice column | Ask PrettyLady16 A Question ]
DancinCutie08 answered Monday August 15 2005, 12:45 pm: i wouldnt give him any candy inless his parents say ok first. most kids like those gummy shape things and gummy snacks those are more healthy then candy. alot of kids like pieces of gum and shuold be ok with it as long as you watch him. you can also try like m&ms and stuff. just make sure you ask his parents first! also try dum dums too [ DancinCutie08's advice column | Ask DancinCutie08 A Question ]
