kisses___x0x answered Wednesday August 17 2005, 2:59 pm: let your parents know that you are doing everything you can to keep your grades up. also ask them if you need any help on anything you need to study for, or for help on any h.w you have. this will show them that you really are studying and doin as well as you can. hope i helped - x0x Jen [ kisses___x0x's advice column | Ask kisses___x0x A Question ]
emster812 answered Monday August 15 2005, 1:21 pm: Tell them you are doing the best you can do. Don't yell or anything. Tell them you are applying yourself to trying and getting better grades. If they dont'seem to listen study harder and show them. Aim for a grade higher. Like if you are getting a C aim for a B, or if you have B aim for A. Even though they got good grades doesn't mean you will always get them. Grades arent' genetics! lol
You can't expect someone to be perfect- no one is...
Hope I helped...

confusedbabii answered Monday August 15 2005, 11:52 am: you can ask for a tutor to show that you have been trying because i think the tutor people write a report or something like that which would show you're trying and you understand things but when it comes to certain things you just dont understand. i'm the same way and i dont think its right when parents punish their kids because the kids dont understand something in school. hope i helped!(and you could also make a study guide for every test or come up w/ something that would help you remember the stuff from class)
playboybabeex3 answered Monday August 15 2005, 11:10 am: hey.. ok well what you might want to do i get a study partner.. like if one of ur friends seems to get really good grades you shoudl ask them to help you study.. you can ask your teachers for a study packet or to review the matierial with you before tests.. stay after school for help on your homework.. all of these things you just have to ask amnd im sure you can getr someone to help you but if you would like to do it on your own here area acouple of things to do anlone.. if your a visual learner make flashcards for all of your information and dont throw them out.. review them everynight. if you leard by hearing ythen make a tape of something like the times tables for example and keep listening to it and repeating it and you will get it stuck in your head.

xomegaroni answered Monday August 15 2005, 10:57 am: hmm..juss study, focus, and concentrate. that's all you can really do. your parents probably think that you aren't doing your best and you can accomplish much more. juss do your best and focus on what you're doing during school. your grades will get better and make your parents happier.
