hi, i have thin straight hair too and every once and a while i scrunch my hair what i do it when i get out of tha shower i dry my hair part way and then i use garnier fructis spray gell. u can either spray it in your hand or spray it right on your hair just make sure that theres an even amount through your hair. then tilt your head to the side and scrunch. keep scrunching it untill its the way you want it. sometimes it wont scrunch right away depending how much gell you put in ur hair and if thats tha case just scrunch every so often while its drying hope i helped ♥ Jenx0x

M.13 My parents are constantly fighting. It seems as though they never get along. I seem to be put in the middle. It is really depressing having to go through this. I have a feeling my parents are going to get a divorce. I don't know what to do, everything seems to be going bad.

well i can def. say i know what your going through my parents got a divorce when i was 5. and it always seemed like i was in the middle b.c they would always fight. but just b.c adults fight does not always mean they are going to get a divorce i would def. talk to your parents and tell them how you feel. let them know that your dont like it when they fight and that you feel like your in the middle. also depending on what types of things they are fighting about and how well they work things out its hard to say if they will get a divorce or not, but really i think you should try to talk to one or both of your parents and tell them your feelings. and remember if they ever do get a divorce its not your fault and dont ever think it is. i hope i helped if you have ne more questions or need more advice let me k and i hope everything goes well 4 you - x0x Jen

Alright it's marching band season for me right now and i flat iron my hair...it tends to get frizzy and poofy by the time i get to school even tho my hair is very straight at home when i touch it up. any tips on how to keep it from waving and making the poofyness dissappear? Could it be the flat iron i'm using? thanks =)

its most likely the flat iron u are using. i recently had the same problem so my mom bought me a professional straighter that she got at a salon it really worx 4 me. but another thing you could try id b4 you leave your house put just a little hair spray in and it to keep it straight - x0x Jen

I know girls will judge another girl on their clothing, but do guys care if your not wearing abercrombie or hollister? (I know I sound very shallow thinking all guys judge on stupid things but its been bothering me) It just doesnt seem right that guys dont need to wear amercrombie but girls seem almost required to or they're pushed out. you can get her jewelry, all gurls like jewelry. or maybe your could get her a cd of some sort. find out what she likes b.c for example if she likes scrapbooking buy her a new scrapbook or some stationary. also give her a sweet card that'll mean a lot. hope i helped - x0x Jen

well i go to school and my parents expect me to get high grades like they did or say they did when they were little but with me for some reason i dont get high grades and my parents hav been takeing my stuf away from me when i dont get high grades and i do apply myself to try to get high grades........help plz

let your parents know that you are doing everything you can to keep your grades up. also ask them if you need any help on anything you need to study for, or for help on any h.w you have. this will show them that you really are studying and doin as well as you can. hope i helped - x0x Jen

well i really fell for this guy over the summer and hes been away at summer camp for like 6 weeks and I was wondering weather or not i should tell him because i dont know if he likes me back and hes rarely online so if i do i have to tell him when hes actually online because i cant call him and then I have another problem, I'm not really allowed to have anything to do with boys both my parents think its crazy to have boyfriends at this age!! im 13/f by the way so i cant be with him if he likes me back, I've had a boyfriend before but i had to sneak calls on my cell phone with him and we never actually went out on a date and i cant talk to my parents about it, i mean my mom is ok but my dad would TOTALLY freak out even if i mentioned boys hes so overprotective in that way!! well I'm really sorry this is so long but i need advice!!

actually i know someone that is having the same type of problem, when she was 13 she was not allowed to date either and yes she did sneak a bf or 2, but now her parents are actually letting her call boys and do more things with them. some things you could do is for one prove to your parents that you are trustworthy b.c trust is the best key. also respect their wishes sooner or later they'll give in a little bit. hope i helped- x0x Jen

okay i have a question for girls... ive got the worst cramps right now.. like i feel like im going to die... does anyody have any at home remedys or somethin to make em go away... i already took 2 tylonol and a calcuim pill... but what else can i do to make em not hurt so bad, or even better, go away!! please help

Hey. I hugged another guy. I have a boyfriend (of over a year a 6months) and my boyfriend who I love soo much got mad, and he doesnt trust me.

what should I do? we are still together, but things are shaky. I know he still loves me coz he told me he did, when he came over to my house to hear the whole story. So that has to mean something.

What are some sweet things I can do?

BTW i have no idea why I hugged the other guy! I wouldn't ever date him! crazy! When I hugged him, I got the worst feeling in the world, it didnt feel good. I got a stumach ache, and wanted to run away. And I felt like I was gonna puke. It was @ work. and after I hugged him, because I felt so bad I ran out of there!

Okay.. IVE BEEN LOOKING EVERYWHERE for some nice black pants. NOT DRESSY PANTS, not the kind with the silk or anything. And not dark blue. Im talking jet plack pants with a good amount of pockets. (and not hot topic/gothic pants)

Ok, so it is the first day of school today and I didn't get to go because i got my wisdom teeth out on monday and so now i am swelled up very big and i can not even close my mouth. i was wondering how to make the swelling go down, and do not say ice because the doctor told me no ice after the first day. i know pretty strange huh? well i really want to go to school tomorrow and see all my friends and meet my teachers. so any help would be appreciated. thanks in advance :D

when i got my wisdom teeth out i got all four pulled and my dentist told me to keep the ice on it and it would make tha swelling go down , also rinse with salt water everytime you eat for about 2 weeks. so the holes where your teeth were dont get infected ~ hope i helped ~ Jen

well if this guy calls you alot and your friends and his family say that he likes you, he most likely does. boys can be complicating tho, and its hard to tell if a guy likes you b.c he sends so many mixed signals. most of the time when a guy likes a gurl he will talk about other gurls in front of her. this is b.c he doesnt want to show that he likes her b.c hes afraid of being rejected. but your best bet is to forget him now and move on b.c then if he truely likes you he will make his move. i hope i helped and if you need any more help just let me know ... x0xJen

I think that you should get layers b.c they make your hair look fuller and you can get different kinds if you want your hair to stay long just ask for long layers.. o and another thing your could do is get your hair angled in the front to create a cute look

I just got my earlobes pierced for the 3rd time. The last two times failed because after a week or so of my newly pierced ears, they would always swell up and get infected. It would hurt and itch! Now, I got them re-done at Claire's and now my ears have formed a rash around the earring. I'm cleaning them everyday but they're still itchy! It's red and gross..I don't know what to do! It's my 3rd time..please help and is this normal?

ear piercing can be a complicating thing for some people. but i think your best bet is to take your earings out b.c it could form an infection in your ear. also if you want to get your ears pierced again i think its best not to go back to claires b.c they use cheep metal, which is most likely the reason your ears are red and itchy b.c you might be allergic. you should go to a perfessional place i know from experiance, i have my ears pierced twice and the first time i had the same problem as you b.c i also did the mistake of going to claires. so if you plan on getting them redone when they heal try somewhere else. hope i helped ~ Jen

I am bored out of my mind I've been at the computer for hours mostly because i'm waiting for this guy to sign on but he wont and I have nothing else to do besides this and watching tv im SO bored please give me ideas!!

theres many things u can do. you can go outside and do stuff, maybe invite a friend over, re-do your room that kind of stuff, but i know how you feel, sometimes i have those days where im very bored and it seems like theres nothing to do. but be creative you'll think of something to do. and about this guy your waiting 4 to get online, well if you have aim then you can put an alarm on his s/n that will alert you when he is on, so you dont have to wait at the computer. ~ i hope i helped
