soda pop i used to drink alot and i mean alot of pop and now im stopping to lose weight but lately ive been getting really bad headaches my mom said its because of the lack of caffine are there any other
ways to get caffine but are healthy too

Caffeine isn't healthy, period. Drink lots of water - it'll help with the withdrawl headaches. ]
Ok, I can help on this one, or at least I think I can. lol But about the headaches from no caffeine... I had those too. I went to a neurologist one time cause I was having what they call ''tremors.''It's like when you try to do soemthing your hands shake really bad.But anyways, they told me my body would not tolerate caffeine and I had to stop drinking it altogether. Well I did, and like you, Ihad migraines from the caffeine withdrawel.But they eventually go away. Now I'm not going to lie and say I don't drink them at all.. cause sometimes I crave one and I will. But then I feel weird the rest of the day. I guess it could be that since I don't really drink it anymore, that when I do.. it just has an effect on me. But anyways..caffeine is really abd for you and I know that from experience. So what I would do is just what I'm doing.lol Just stop doing it as much, and only when you think you really need one..then drink ONE. Keyword ''one'' lol Good luck! ]
you see, the thing is, lots of caffeine is NEVER healthy.
Want to ditch the headaches? Cut way back on the amount of caffeine you intake and masively increase the amount of water you drink. For one, that will make caffeine actually effective when you do drink it, and will stop dehydrating you and causing caffeine withdrawl headaches - which is largely dehydration, because caffeine is a very good diuretic - aka, it makes you pee a lot. ]
If your Mother would allow it, she could let you take a small dose of caffeine through pills. You could take a caffeine pill like no-dose, not enough to keep you awake but enough to set off your cravings and keep the head aches away. ]
I dk any other way to get caffine into your system but to have soda..maybe try diet?..then again..try exercisin..that helps alot..-hope i helped =D ]

that happens to me when i dont drink a lot of soda and then stop but what i do is since i have a headache i take an excedrin cuz it had caffine in it or if you drink a less pop for a few days and then less than that for a few more days and so on you should get used to not having as much caffine each day to where it doesnt bother you as much ]
Where are you from? I'm from Maryland, and we call it soda! =) Anyway, Also drinking a lot of caffine can give you headachs. But your body is most likly going through caffine withdraw, so that's why your getting them!! =) ]

well maybe drink hot tea or something alot those lines of suger and stuff maybe diet pepsi... or limit your pop in take to like one a day just so u dont get those nasty headachs... i hope i helpped ]
Caffine is not good for you, so I can't think of a healthy way of consuming it. Your headaches should be gone in a week or so. For now just take some ibprofin or advil. ]
