How can I get a Victoria's Secret model body? I am 16 and want to be in better shape. I weigh 164 and I am 5'6. I don't really like to run but I love to dance and will try new things. I want to lose 40 pounds before the summer. Is that possible?

This is going to be a long story, and I can't believe how I got to this point, but I feel like I have a huge metal problem on my hands.
I started dating my boyfriend last year. He was my first for everything of course, i lost my virginity to him, I opened up to him, told him I loved him. We're still dating to this day;
I remember myself last year, I was happy, random, confident, funny, always making people smile, I was the one giving everyone advice, inspiring everyone. I'm sure he was attracted to my personality,because I felt comfortable with myself.

Why is my teacher such a douchebag? He's usually cool but he's been a real bitch lately. Before break he got mad because we were laughing. He gave us a project but didn't explain ANY of it. On Monday, only the students who never talk did it. I'm wondering how the hell they knew about it. Then today my friend was throwing stuff at me, so I pickup up the pen cap he threw at me & shot it to the garbage can, then my teacher kicks me out & gives me a pass to the gym. WTF? Meanwhile people eat & use their phones in class. Wh don't they get kicked and given a pass to the cafeteria or Radioshack? And of course I'm going to fail any quiz/test that covers what I missed that day. So now I'm going to be a smartass in his class, and I could ...

Need a Different Job

So i just recently graduated high school, and i've been having a really hard time getting used to things. I go to a community college locally and during the summer i got hired as a cashier at this chain store in the mall by my house. The people that work there are really nice for the most part except for the store manager who treats everyone like dirt. Which ive also had big problems with. I just came to the conclusion that i am not a peoples person. Ive been downright miserable there because the rules are so strict and the days there are so long- and im only a cashier! I also have to deal with a lot of really nasty customers all day long and it's just getting on my nerves and everytime i'm there i feel like im in prison. I would just like ...

So for the people reading this you're in for a rollercoaster and if you would give advice I'd greatly appreciate it. I kno this is gonna be stupid to ask. Ok see I only have one friend, people hate when I talk to her and often get jealous and dis include me. I want to hangout with this one friend but when I finally have the courage to ask (cuz I have social issues) someone comes right out of no where and asks her to hangout. She really wants to be my friend. She's a great person. She has been on my side for everything and helped me through alot. I think we arent as good as friends because we hardly hangout. I don't know what to do.

Strange Dreams weird sounds, and always waking up at the same time!

Awhile ago i started having strange things happening. After i fell asleep, i would have a nightmare. Everytime i woke up it was 3:15 and 1 second. LITERALLY EVERYTIME. It happened for like 4 days straight. Each time i woke up, it would seem stuffy and my room and i would hear a strange noise. This has been bugging me for awhile and i really want to know what it means.

I am a 20 year old female and I have been sexually inactive for almost a year now. I just recently had sex the other day and I was very sore for a couple days, which I expected, but then I had sex a couple days later (with the same person) and it hurt. I figured it was because I was still sore, but when I touched my vagina, it felt like it was swollen and it hurt really bad. Also my (vaginal) lips felt very raw and itchy. This is really disgusting me and I don't know what is wrong. Can someone help me please!!!

How can i fully tell when i'm actually going to start my period?

Okay, so i've been told that i'm supposed to get my period soon. I've looked up signs and found a few i can relate too. ive been getting discharge, and its been more then 3 years since my breast have been growing. I've been getting moodswings, cravings (people tell me you get cravings) and i also get bloated. How can i fully tell when i'm actually going to start it?

This is by far the most weirdest dream I have ever had.
First it started out at a gas station; my boyfriend was with me and there was a woman with a german shepard; her daughter was up against the fence, and she had her hand on my boyfriends face. I saw him get closer and closer to her; and I told her "Dont you touch him!" and than I noticed my boyfriend getting mad, and I looked at her and said, "I'm kidding!" and she laughed.
Than I fell in a hole. There was a piece of wood that caught me inbewteen my legs and people started laughing. Than, somehow I ended up in the back of a car, and got out.
Than I ended up at my house, and saw my yorkie alot bigger; like normal si...

So my best guy friend recently got a gf. Ill start from the begining. My bestfriend got us to like eachother....a lot. I soon fell for him, and I think he did for me too. We Did do things (I.e. make-out) and soon after we were telling eachother that we loved eachother. He was the first one to say I love you too me also. So lately I asked him out..he said "I would. So a year ago almost to the day my boyfriend of one year who was also my best friend of four years and I broke up. We had all the same friends and at first we just avoided each other. Well he dumped me and I got over it and got a new boyfriend (who I am no longer with) But every time I go to parties and he's there he tells our friends to make me leave, so I have to leave, and if I call ahead and he finds out I am coming he makes one of his friends call and say I can't come.
