Strange Dreams weird sounds, and always waking up at the same time!

Awhile ago i started having strange things happening. After i fell asleep, i would have a nightmare. Everytime i woke up it was 3:15 and 1 second. LITERALLY EVERYTIME. It happened for like 4 days straight. Each time i woke up, it would seem stuffy and my room and i would hear a strange noise. This has been bugging me for awhile and i really want to know what it means.

Hi there(: First off, I don't really know about the nightmares but 3:15 is known to be the time when paranormal things happen in the night. So I would say that something paranormal (ghostly) is happening. I have heard of many people hace bad things happen at 3:15 and you can even look up and read it is the time that most paranormal things happen. I don't know if the nightmares have anything to do with the sounds and paranormal activity going on but it may! I would go and look up stuff about other peoples expierences on things that have occured at that time. I hope I helped! Good luck(: xoxo - Madison
