okay so theres this boy jacob.. who is honestly my best friend him and i are like always around eachother hanging out.. everyone knows that we are soooo close.. i guess we flirt some.. but its just like being best buds.. well jacob has a really close friend named zach who i totally have the hots for! but the more we all hang out the more and more zach becomes so close to me just like jacob.. and now its the three of us that are known school wide for being like bbf!... but id rather be zachs girlfriend.. than his best friend.. and im just lost on how to make that happen.. so please help!

i'm not FAT... but i need help

I'm not FAT but i definitely need some help. I'm 5'4, i just gained like 15 lbs over spring break because of yummy food (130lbs), I wear size 3short jeans, I have d cups, my tummy is the biggest problem area (lower tummy) but also my legs, butt, and arms need work.. so basically everything! I need to loose 20lbs as quick as possible and I need to learn how to keep it off. I'm a sweet freak sometimes... which i know is bad. Do you know any work out I could do? Do you know a plan? like run 50000 miles every other day and on the off days go to the gym and use (you say which machines here) about 5 times. or SOMETHING! I need help and I cant afford a trainer. I also have dance team tryouts on the 20th. so I have to keep flexible but i hate yoga ...

hey, you seem good at giving advice for relationships, i was wondering...i have this boyfriend right now and we're both in 8th grade and highschool's just around the corner but theres a problem, we're going to diff. schools and we dont wanna end it but i already have boys after me like crazy. i dont wanna break up with him bcz he means the world to me but..i'm afriad we're both gonna find someone new! what should i do? I'm so confused.

This guy I loved broke up with me because my exbff told him i was cheating on him. But I wasn't, It was all a lie because she liked him. He told me he loved me over the phone but then the next day he broke my heart. since i started dating I promised myself that i would never cry over a guy. im 14 and i just broke out and started to ball. ever since that day my friends keep saying thaht i should get over him but i just cant!!! okay-i just started to go out with the guy i love nd the guy that loves me,we had to wait 2 months to go out though because he wasnt sure if he was over his ex.me nd him have been going out for a week now.. nd his ex is telling me he likes her still. but when i ask him he says no i hate her. nd he shows me convo's of her nd him fighting..but she still contines to say he loves her she is a bitch nd really anoying.. nd when every i asked ryan(my bf) if he likes her he also kinda gets mad cuz i ask him alot nd he thinks i dont trust him but i do.. i just dont no who to belivie.who do u think i should belivie my love or the bitch?

My ex-boyfriend & I were on and off for over a year. He was the only boy I ever loved and we became very comfortable with each other and had no secrets at all. We broke up 2 weeks ago and it was the most horrible break-up we ever had and this time it really felt completely over. We are now on 'talking terms' but I haven't talked to him in about a week. He has a new girlfriend already and I just feel so used & heart broken. He supposedly was in love with me but then he stopped calling and went out with another girl. What to say...

my boyfriend just broke up with me and he gave me this necklace while i was going out with him and it meant a lot to me. i want to give it back to him but not to his face, i want to put it in his locker with a note. i don't know what to say in the note. ive thought of everything and nothing feels right to say its got to be short and meaningful. something that says "i'm over you", "its your loss" and stuff like that...but i dont want to say something MEAN b/c i dont want him hating me...i want it to say basically "i've moved on", and "you missed out." something like that Please Help Me. I really want to leave a big MEANINGFUL impression on him....HELP.

Ok I have this PIT feeling inside of me--I think that Britney and Justin should totally get back together..I know that some of you may not be their biggest fan, but please don't reply to this unless you want a negative rating. I think that they BELONG together..and this feeling is really bothering me..I hope that in the future they will get back together...I don't know why I'm feeling this way but it seems like it's meant to be. Wrong size

I bought a shirt from Abercrombie today and washed it when I got home (I don't like how their clothes smell). Well, when I got it out of the dryer, I noticed that I accidently grabed a Large and it's wayy too big. I don't know if they'll let me exchange it since it's been washed. What do y'all think? I can't just forget about it becasue it was a 48 dollar shirt.

Legal options round being the gardian of a family members ch

My partner and I are from Auckland, New Zealand. My partners sister gave her son who at the time was 5 mnths (so she had only had him for 5 mnths) when she gave him to us to take care of. (we are a same sex couple) We hvae now been taking care of him for 1 whole year now, she signed a letter stating my partner is now the gardian of her son and we have been providing for him for a whole year. Our question is, as we have nothing legal stating he is my partners, we are scared she could take him back at any time. We realise if we wanted to do any legal adoption we we need to have her permission but does anyone know if we have any legal rights as his gardian if she were to come back say after 2-3 years and say she wants him back?

My Hair!!

Every time I get out of the shower my hair is frizzy, poofy, and just a pain! No matter how much i straighten it, it never hangs down flat like other girl's hair! Its always poofing out, or has waves in it! I need help my hair always looks bad!
