Wrong size I bought a shirt from Abercrombie today and washed it when I got home (I don't like how their clothes smell). Well, when I got it out of the dryer, I noticed that I accidently grabed a Large and it's wayy too big. I don't know if they'll let me exchange it since it's been washed. What do y'all think? I can't just forget about it becasue it was a 48 dollar shirt.

Don't return it. Think of the possibilities. You can wear a plain white shirt underneath it or you modify it via sewing machine...use your imagination and create a hot original look. Or you could wear it as a pajama shirt. *shrug* Or you could just try to return it without telling them that you washed it, but if they figure it out somehow and say you can't, well, it's not the end of the world. Try to take something sucky and make something awesome. ]
just dont tell them! haha. thats what i do some times. and that is fine. just dont bring it up . you have the tag shirt and the recipt. your fine
hope i helped. ]

I'm sure they will, you didn't dirty it or wear it and make it smelly. Personally, I wouldn't bother saying that I washed it, but if they ask I'd be honest, after all, it's just an exchange! If you need anything else, just message me! Hope I've Helped! ♥ ]
Return is anyways they wont know that its been washed. l0l x0 ]
well if they wont let you return it you could wait till you grow into it or if your in a hurry to wear it hit the nearest mickey-D's n eat like theres no tomorra! n um no affece im honestly not tryang to be rude but why did you spend so much on a shirt? in a couple months it will hit the outlet store n you can buy it for 20...well g/l hope they will take it back!! muah xxoo

Return it anyway. They don't know it was washed. ]
Hey yes you can return it...they really wont know it's washed...haha you actually did them a favor by making it smell pretty. your gonna look fabulous! lol hope i helped. Take Care. x3 SweetStar. ]
I highly doubt that they will even notice you washed it. Unless the color faded or something. Just don't tell them and it should be fine. As long as there is nothing really noticable that is different then there is nothing to worry about.

I doubt that they will because they don't know if u wore it, stained it or whatever. It most likely isn't a large so the tags won't be correct anymore and it is therefore not in sellable condition. Maybe if you're lucky, they'll give you a store credit, but just maybe. ]
Oh yes. We love shopping at big time name brand stores. We love spending 48 dollars on a shirt that anywhere else without that name on it would cost 15-20 dollars. Its robbery. Stop shopping there. ]
yeah you will be able to if im wrong then sorry im not a rich person who shops at abercrombie ]
just tell them the story, they will understand. i have done that plenty of times even like when things break and stuff. definitely dont just forget about it!!!!!!!!!

if u still have the recit (sp) they should let u return it. ]
well you could try returning it. if they dont take it back, you could try selling it to a friend that wants it. if all else fails, try shrinking it the old fashion way. <3 ]
I don't know A&F too well, but in most stores like that they won't let you return it if it doesn't have the tag still on it. If you have the tag still on it, try and return it & don't say you washed it. If the tag isn't on it, but you have the receipt, try that too. hope i helped a lil xo ]
