i'm not FAT... but i need help

I'm not FAT but i definitely need some help. I'm 5'4, i just gained like 15 lbs over spring break because of yummy food (130lbs), I wear size 3short jeans, I have d cups, my tummy is the biggest problem area (lower tummy) but also my legs, butt, and arms need work.. so basically everything! I need to loose 20lbs as quick as possible and I need to learn how to keep it off. I'm a sweet freak sometimes... which i know is bad. Do you know any work out I could do? Do you know a plan? like run 50000 miles every other day and on the off days go to the gym and use (you say which machines here) about 5 times. or SOMETHING! I need help and I cant afford a trainer. I also have dance team tryouts on the 20th. so I have to keep flexible but i hate yoga and pilates sooo dont suggest that please. THANK YOU (i'll rate!)

First off, you are NOT fat. That is a normal weight for someone your height, and loosing 20 lbs will not happen overnight and it's not very healthy for your height as well. BUT, I read in a magazine once that some celebrities LOVE sweets, so instead of having a big dinner, they have a slice of chocolate cake and they don't gain anything! A good idea is not eating after 7:30 because your body processes the foods way slower. Taebo [you can get a video of it for like $15-$20] is a great way to loose weight, accentuate your build, and have fun. Tennis is amazing for arms, tummy, and legs! skipping is a great way of getting fit really quickly, because it works out most of your muscles. Plus do 10 sit ups in the morning and at night, for the stomach muscles

heyy! wow i'm ur size..and i've been feelin the same way. i'm on a low carb diet right now and i've lost 2 pounds in 5 days..seems to be working! i also do some weights every night for like 1o minutes. lemme know if ya have any questions...x0
