I've been going to the tanning bed for a week now and everytime i go im all itchy afterwords...is this a form of me being burnt? And what can I do about it?? Someone please let me know im going crazy here...haha

My family is know for having a history of skin cancer/moles. I have a mole on my right cheek and i really dont like it.. everybody thinks its really pretty... but i dont see how... should i get it removed? i really wanna ask my mom... but im not sure how... any ideas? or should i leave it?

Me and my boyfriend have been dating for almost two years, and he has a three year old boy named Matty. I don't really have a problem with this, because I love the both of them so much. Matty's mom is the one who has the problem. Alex (boyfriend) doesn't EVER see Matty's mom. EVER. But he does sometimes let Matty see his mom. The only thing is that Matty doesn't seem to like his mother at all. He likes me more, so to speak. Alex hates Matty's mom for trying to take custady of Matty, but she lost the case, so he legaly belongs to Alex, but the problem is that she is telling people that I am ripping her baby away from her. This may not sound serious but it is. I was having a nervous break down during math because of this.
I can not stand the phrase "I never knew that." It just drives me insane. Whenever I hear it I either cry or scream. I just hate the phrase. So my question is how can I get over this? I am asking this in all seriousness. My friend who has a column here (she's asking this since I can't get on) has even told me do get help for this.

ok well i shave "down there" and i don't know what to do becasue sometimes i stay the night at friends houses and dont take a shower utnil i go home and sometimes i have the chance to "do things" with the person that i like and even if i shave the day before it's stubbly (sp?) the next day! and i dont want the guy to think that its gross and i also would like to know how much i should be shaving off? and it seems if i dont take a shower the next day i smell down there and then im afraid to get close to anyone and i end up being called a tease.

im really happy with the rest of my body, and only my arms are big and flabby. for prom i want to lose the fat on my arms, and tone them up. im a gymnast, and we do TONS of pushups at practice, and it doesnt do anything. i want to lose the fat on my tricep mostly. does anyone know any tricks? we have a formal coming up in a couple of months and i want to look good in my dress.

I like this guy at my school, and I don't know if he likes me. He's shy and doesn't talk to girls, so I don't know if he would like me and how his personality would show it. He always looks at me and stuff, and he's so cute, but how can I find out he likes me without actually asking him? Please answer if you have a solution.

I need help on deciding on a stage name, my older sister's is Crimson, a shade of red, & I want mine to be a shade a blue, like Cyan or something, but I can't decide, & I'm gonna make my CD after my sister dose, I want her to go profeshinal before I do, since shes older, so I really need help on deciding on stage names... but I've got a while, she hasn't even gottena record deal, but please help!!! I have to make some kind of food for this international festival at school, our country is mexico. I have to bring something that will feed a lot of people and all the basics are already taken. Chips and salsa and cheese dip and quesadillas and rice and tacos are already taken. I need something thats big and easy. Any ideas would be very helpful, thanks!

K, i dated my ex-boyfriend for about 8 months. We broke up for a stupid reason, but we never got back together, but we still hung out and acted like we were dating. I can't handle the fact that we're not together. For example, this weekend, I was talking to his friend, Mike online. He was telling me that he wants to hook up with three other chicks.
