How can you find out your percentage of fat & muscle on your body??

you can get a bmi indicator. It is this machine you hold out in front of you, and it will tell you that. They are usually really expensive though, but most gyms have them, so try going there and asking about it. I know for sure curves has one!!! lyl ~lexi
