Healthy Eating Habits

I'm a 16 yr old female. I've been trying my hardest to change my eating habits, but it's so hard! I've been trying to avoid junk food but it's really difficult, and I haven't been doing the best job. It's just so much easier to eat something bad for you. I buy all healthy food for myself but my family loves stuff thats bad for you, and I can't help but grab some junk food instead of an apple or soemthing. I need to start avoiding it but it's EVERYWHERE! Please give me some advice on how to ignore the temptation and become healthier! Thank you so much. I rate 5's!

ok well my ex (name not needed#1) asked me out again and ive been with this other guy (name not needed#2)#1 is so nice and hes cared for me so much but ther both my ex'es and i dont know what to do so please help from your advice #2 is kind of mean to me but he kisses me with passion #1 is kind of slow on that and ive waited for him for 9 months we've been together then we broke up. now im confused if they were one person they would be SUPER GUY! and they dont know each other but they heard about each other from my firneds and they hate each other! I need help please.im thirteen and im female

well i'm in the 8th grade and 14 years old.. this is my 2nd year at the school i am now and ive met alottt of friends, boy and girl, there is this boy is my homeroom and study hall and his name is ryan.. we've been good friends since 7th grade and we even dated for a little while during the summer.. lately i think that i started to have feelings for him and hes been giving me alot of attention.. hes always giving me hugs, writes me notes, and for example today he like rushed to get the seat behind me in study hall and he was like giving me massages and playing with my hair and taking pictures of me on his camera phone.. i really dont know if he was flirting with me or was just being friendly.. but then i was going through his cell phone tod...

boyfriend problems

i need some help here..well okay i love my boyfriend to death and we`ve been dating for a little over 7 months. and we just started doing things sexually because i dont know before i didnt feel comfortable but now it's like everytime we are together he wants to do more than just hang out it is always revolved around "doing stuff" and that isnt what i like. Why is he doing this? Is it just a guy thing or what? and should i talk to him about it because when i dont give him any i feel like he`s mad at me like until i get to see him again. even tho he says he`s not. And i`m sorry this is so long, thanks for everyone who reads this, please help me!

ok so i had a bf for almost 4 months....n hes my brothers best friend, so i will eventually see n talk to him this summer. we havent talked in about 2 months so i guess u can say this is our little break...do u think there is a chance that we will go out again once we start talking...has anybody had a bf n not talked to him for a while then go back out?...

ive been sad for a while and i just want to be happy again but i dont know how? isnt that sad to hear. i dont know why i am sad and i cant seem to figure it out. it might be that i relized everything i want gets messed up soo therefore i never get what i want. my friends try to help me out and it seems to work but once i leave them im sad again. Also i have fun times its not like im always sad its just after i have fun i get more sad then i was before. has anyone felt this way....and do u have any advice to help me feel like my old self?

Uh oh! Bleach spot!

I got a couple bleach spots on my FAVORITE pants. Not only are they my favorite pants, they're like the only ones I own that actually fit me and they weren't that cheap either! Is there anything I can do to them to either get the bleach spot to go away, or a way I can "ware" them so that it looks as though they were made that way? I don't like the whole staining in coffee or tea thing so that's completely out of the question. But is there anything else I can do to bring my pants back to life? =( Thanks.

My ex-BFF made up lies about things i said about my other friends. She keeps doing mean things to me! She's gotten on my last nerve and i dont want to b her friend anymore! The problem is that my parents are friends with her parents! I've tried talking to my parents about it but it doesnt work! they say it doesnt make a diffrence but it does! Is there anything else i can do???

hey everyone! ok i no i asked this question before but i need more help than what i got. i dont think im bisexual but there is this girl (17/f, me 14/f) that i am totally into. i mean when i think about her i get the biggest smile, even when i see her. and when she looks at me i just melt. she is gorgeous. the only probably is i only talk to her during softball season and she is graduating. when i think about next year i just wanna break down and cry..yet i wanna be happy bcuz i will get to see her again. is this just a crush or love? this girl is now who i live for! even tho she doesnt no that i am soo into her! we barely even talk but she knows who i am!

Okay well, I'm going into 8th grade next year and I still haven't had a boyfriend! No guy even notices me! I'm not a dork, and people say it's just because I'm tall. Well, there are other girls in my grade that are tall and have boyfriends! I mean it's not just that though. I mean all of my friends have had their first kiss and everything but I haven't. So no one really understands what I'm talking about or how I feel. All my friends have had at least 3 boyfriends and have all been kissed. What could I do to get guys to notice me? PLEASE HELP ME!!!!

heyy, i'm taller than my b/f, hes 4'11 and im 5'0.. I hate wrestling with him cuz every time I go near him he gets into the feidle position and goes 'oh crapp' I weigh 90 pounds and im 13, so im not overweight at all.. But how do I stop making my boyfriend scared of me!

i have been dating my boyfriend for almost 9 months and hes great. i love him very much. but when we fight its horrible. we both feel really bad but i feel like i always feel really bad and that everythings my fault and i feel like the worst girlfriend. i feel really selfish becuz he always puts me before him and i feel like i dont do that maybe.... i feel like i never cheer him up. plus he tells me that i dont but later he says he didnt mean it.i want to not be selfish and make him happy and i dont wanna fight. i wanna at least fight better, not be mean but like talk it out. what should i do?
