i would really like to be more healthy. you know, toned muscles, eat healthy foods, etc. the thing is, i know exactly how to do it, what foods to eat, what to avoid, great exercises, etc. the only problem is i can NEVER be motivated enough to stick to a healthy lifestyle. reading through all this health advice really gets me excited about being healthier and such, but then when i actually go try it, i am never motivated enough to follow through! any tips?

Sorry I rewrote it as you couldn’t read it well..
i have never got on with my dad very well from a young, i didnt like something he did (it was sick and twisted) so i told him and he didn't seem to get the message to stop, so i said stop or i'm running away. he didn't stop.. so i did what i said and ran away, my friends. dad was there and he knew everything that had been going on and said he would hit my dad if he didnt stop. so my dad being like 1/5 of his size stoped, this was like 18 months ago now ever since he has been trying to like get me back i use to cut myself and he knew everytime it didnt change anything though its like i'll be on the phone he'll shout... i'll be on the computer he'll shout and make up things when i yel...

ok well i was 16 at the time same age as now and i have a feeling that after i went swimming with my x bf he turned of me! I was not hairy or anything i mean i shaved before hand and waxed but i duno he seemed to have acted strange after that i have a feeling its because i was over weight at the time but i was not huge. I duno he also kept on saying my boobs were huge i know some people say its gd but i don't think its nice when it comes from ur bf am i wrong my bra size is like 36c/d??? Do you think he turned of me because of swimming? i am confused please advice me .

So heres the story.. i met this guy and hooked up with him. He has a girlfriend which he supposably is breaking up with but this has dragged on for bout a month now! He says hes into me and everyone tells me this.. his gf even found out he cheated on her with me and their stil together! they went out for 2 years now.. i like him and he likes me but he says he doesnt want to have wasted 2 years of his life or is worried hes making a mistake.. someone told me today hes still plannin on breaking up with her but this is taking so long!! what should i do??

well today is my bf's birthday so we are going to lunch at a nice (in other words, expensive) resturant with another couple. i invited him, so does that mean i have to pay for him? its a pretty expensive place and im 14 and he's turning 15. thanks!

Ok, my 2 best friends, we'll call them 'Bailey' and 'Hailey'. We haven't done anything together over this summer, and I just called Bailey yesterday and said we should try to do something. Bailey automatically said yeah, Hailey can come too. Now, I know for a fact Bailey and Hailey have already hung out this summer. What can I do to just hang out with one of them at a time?

okay .. well i'm going out with this really great guy, but before he asked me out we were like REALLY tight friends .. and right now i dont feel like we're getting anywhere and we might not last for much longer. but the thing is he really loves me, and i really do love him too but i wanna break up with him, so if we get in a fight we won't lose our friendship too. he's an awesome guy .. but i like someone else too, and i'll never have a chance with him if i'm tied ((spelling .. ?)) down with my current boyfriend. i KN0W THiZ iZ L0NG BUT PLEASE HELP ME!

does anyone know the best way to get rid of pubic hair i mean shaving sometimes leaves whiskas and i don't like that. I tried waxing on my legs and it really hurt so i gave up! Is there any wax you casn buy that does not hurt and is effective???and leaves legs smooth and about pubic down below how can i get that smooth.

Hey this is (Hailey!) Ok, my 3 friends and I got in a fight, and its been 3 days since we haevnt been friends, and i mean, we were best friends to tha bone! And they are out having fun while I am sitting at home a mess because i miss them. They haven't even called me or talked to me. They don't even care about me. I don't want to lose them, but it looks like they DO want to lose me. What should I do? Because I know most of you will probably say "they arent worth it," or "make new friends" but i love them to death and i dont want to just let this go. And I mean, i've already tried to solve it, i've tried everything. THEY HATE ME. OMG Help please. I cant take this much longer. :'-(

Fruits

I heard a long time ago that different fruits mean different things. For instance, if you leave a squash on your girlfriend's front porch then that means you want to break up with her. The reason I am asking is because last night (very late) someone, possibly two people, ate watermelon on our porch and left the remains of the watermelon! What the crap does this mean? Does it mean anything at all? There are two peices that were cut in triangles. This is freaking weird.

ok so i'm gonna be a junior next year and i have been thinking about colleges a lot. I really want to go to Tulane but i'm not sure if my grades are good enough. I have a 3.9, but ive only been taking 2 honors and ill be in 3 ap next year and am in french honors society. Ive lettered in xc twice, track once, and swimming once. i dont have many service hours, though. Do you think i have any chance of getting into Tulane? I know its a hard school to get into but i'm not really sure HOW hard...

Okay, so I'm bedridden for a while. I certainly don't enjoy readering, but I figure it will pass the time.. so I'm not just stuck laying there like a useless moron. I like those cheesy little romance plots and all that sensitive bologna, so if ANYONE can think of something I might enjoy, I would DEFINITELY appreciate your recommendation!!
