I'm trying to lose some weight, and I haven't noticed any results. I havent been eating much and I've been exercising everyday for a while now. Is there any way to increase my metabolism? Good diets? Exercises? Anything helpful! Thanks~~~ :D

Okay, so a year and half ago or so, my stupid friend and I prank called this guy. And I know him for teasing people about things that happened loooong amounts of time ago. I don't care if he does it, but I'm going to see him at this party this weekend and that would be the first time I'm seeing him in like a year. I know he's gonna make a big deal out of it or at least mention it. Any comebacks or anything I could say to embarrass him and make him shut up? Sorry, dumb question.

First of all..the guy that i am TOTALLY in love with lives in freakin CALIFORNIA while i live in new england. We live more than 3000 miles away! i got to know him because he is my dad's best friend's son.we can't go out to visit them for
2 and 1/2 years beacuse we cant afford it.i'm really bumming out because i think that he likes me too, but i'll never get the chance to tell him face to face! i'm dying here..advice please?

ok. heres the thing: guys have always been my best friends. id actually rather have guy friends then girls because guys dont gossip and dont start drama. well ever since i got a boyfriend hes been getting on me for flirting with other guys. BUT I DONT FLIRT WITH THEM ITS JUST THAT THERE MY BFF's AND I JOKE AROUND WITH HIM. how can i get my boyfriend to understand that im not flirting they're just my friends. i've tried telling him that and i've tried to stop hanigng out with the guys as much but nothing seems to work. Missing Him

My boyfriend's away in Europe right now & he will be for another week. I'm missing him like crazy & I can only talk to him online because longdistance is expensive. What can I do to get through this time? Any ideas how to get my mind off missing him?

Ok... a few questions about pregnancy
When you are pregnant you don't get your period... i knwo that.
Is it true that after giving birth you have your period for a month?
After giving birth how do you track your period? Will your cycle fall on the same days it ususally does or do you start a whole new pattern? Is there anyway to predict this new pattern?

On june 13 and june 15 i had sex wit my bf. we had used protection n everythin. then i got my period on june 19...it last bout 5 days and it was a heavy flow..meaning it really was my period n nothin lik "spotting". newyz i havnt had sex since june 15th but now its been 34 days and i havnt had my period. usually i have it around 30-31 days...could i be pregnant?

ok. me and my boyfriend have been going out for a while now. probably about 2 months. and it seems like we don't talk as much as we used to. its like we get all nervous around each other and we can't seem to start a conversation xcept when we're on aim. i know thats sad. does anyone have any advice on this one??

Can i wear a regular pad overnight
How can I shower without gettin blood all over.
What pads work best. Those kinds of things.

alright hey my brother is getting married and he did not want a big big wedding i don't know why but he did not...so after the wedding like the next weekend they are have a cookout with like EVERYONE they know!! adn everyone says their going to wear like a skirt or a dress or something fancy or something and there is going to be an inground swimming pool to. and i was woundering dose anyone know what i should wear??

ok guys im not goin to say im over-weight bc im not.. im bout 5'5" and i weigh like 130 pounds. im a cheerleader so i try to stay in shape. but july was an off month for cheer and school is starting up very soon. i just want to sort of 'tone' up my stomach and legs. with a healthy diet and work out that i can stick to. i am very determined. so if there are any sites or workouts u could give me i would really appreciate it.. i will rate 5's for all good answers//sites! if you could hurry that would be great!

OK so... me and this guy went out and then he dumped me..then i asked him "why?" and he said "if i tell you it might break our friendship"(we are really good friends. I told he it would not but he says it would and if he did tell me it would just prove how big of a jerk he is..he said to ask he friends..i did but they all give me diffrent answers and i really wanna know why to see if we can fix it because it seems he kind of likes me still.but he life is confusing and depreseeing and i don't want to make it wore...so what should i do???please help thats sorry its SOOOO lone.
