25 regular situps with feet on the ground
25 with feet at 90 degree angle
25 with feet straight in the air
then go back to regular sit ups but put your legs to one side and do 25 one way and 25 the other. then sit indian style but lay down. then do another 25. make sure you keep a flat back. those are always a good workout for me.
also we do these things called planks.
you get up in the pushup position and hold it for 30 seconds then a minute then 1 minute and 30 seconds. if you hold the proper position and you keep your stomach tight then you should feel it in your abs. if that is too hars then go down to your elbows and do them there.
we do more things but i think this would be a good start. if you want more then im me. my screen name is xhotbrunette16xx
you should try doing these things 2 or 3 times a week. and ocassionally run around the block a couple times or even your neighborhood. good luck!

Try eating lots of fruits and veggies and staying away from breads and pastas unless they're whole-grain. Water-rich foods such as cucumbers and celery will help flush the fat, as well as have the added bonus of not costing you a single calorie since they burn more calories digesting than they have in them.
Lay off the sodas and juices, and switch to water. Make sure to take a good quality multi-vitamin so you're sure to get essential vitamins and minerals.
Eat lean proteins for energy without the added calories. These include chicken, turkey and eggs. Do not eat anything fried.

Hope i helped and hope you'll rate me!
