ok guys im not goin to say im over-weight bc im not.. im bout 5'5" and i weigh like 130 pounds. im a cheerleader so i try to stay in shape. but july was an off month for cheer and school is starting up very soon. i just want to sort of 'tone' up my stomach and legs. with a healthy diet and work out that i can stick to. i am very determined. so if there are any sites or workouts u could give me i would really appreciate it.. i will rate 5's for all good answers//sites! if you could hurry that would be great!

Today the discharge in my underwear had a yellowish brown tint to it. Some parts of it looked kinda red. This is the first time this has happened. Is this my period coming or should I worry. My friend had the exact same problem. Well go up to your mom and dad and say, "Can i just buy one thong and see how i like it and if i dont like it then i wont wear them again?" and they will most likely say yes. Now, when you get your thong it is going to be uncomfortable for you at first because you've never worn them before, so it takes some getting used to. You wont want to wear them anymore after the first time you try it but you have to get used to them and then it will seem like its all you wear... o0x Ashlee

I think that you should probly just make things more exciting, you know.. take him to the movies or invite him over or something and if your still bored think about your feelings for him for a few days and if you still feel this way then maybe its time to let go

I am 13 and I'm a female. A few of my guy friends seem to act real nice around me, but when they're around each other, they say bad things about me. I'd like to know if I can trust them.
I asked that question earlier and I forgot to mention that one guy is an ex-boyfriend, one likes me and I think the other likes me too. My ex and the guy who likes me are very good friends and the guy who likes me is good friends with the guy who I think likes me. I hope this will give me more help.
Well my opinion is that if they are gonna talk about you when you're not around then they arent true friends. If they are being nice to you when your around but saying bad things about you when your gone then thats called 2-faced and they are fake. You need to talk to them about your feelings and let them know that you want to be their friends but you cant be friends with people that talk about you.. o0x Ashlee
