Want to put on wieght/grow

So I'm 16/f and about 5 foot 3. But I really want to grow taller! So what things should I/shouldn't I eat.
Also, I don't weigh very much at all, I'm not ill or anything as I've been checked out for this. So how can I put on weight with like exercises/nutrition?
Any advice welcome :)

hi i work in retail and he is my manager. He's always kind to me. He pops out everywhere. When he passes by and i look at him, he always comes back to ask me if i'm alright or do i need any help. He always offers me a ride home but i refuse all the time because i'm so shy. He always look my way and smiles at me.. And that smile could bring me to cloud9..:)) Recently, he told me he knows i can do everything because i'm awesome.. What does it mean? Does He likes me too? I'm afraid to fall for him coz he's old but i can't stop my feelings anymore. It's too strong.. help please!:(( how will i know if he does likes me?

I lied to my boyfriend about a certain thing. During our conversation, he asked me about my ex and I told him that I broke up with him on a certain day at a particular place.. Meanwhile on that day at that place I was with someone else not my ex boyfriend and my ex boyfriend I broke up with him a week before that day... Now my current boyfriend found out I was lying, and also found out about the guy I had a fling with and he called me a fucking retard I told him the truth but he still calls me names and he doesn't wanna talk to me... Pls help me what should I do I don't want to loose him...

Okay, well i'm at that age where i need to decide what i'm doing for life. i've changed my mind so many times but the one thing i keep coming back to is beauty. i am soo fascinated with it and people ask me to do their hair and makeup for special events and just because! people love my work especially my friends. i've done events such as senior portrait photoshoots, homecoming, prom, etc.
right now i am currently 17 years old and i am just finishing my junior year of high school. So...suppose you met a guy, and this guy has a girlfriend...but he seems kind of flirty with you...he finds that you both have a lot in common, makes sure he gives you a big hug before you say goodbye, he calls you on the phone often...and then he asks you to go get coffee with him...okay, this is where it may become an incredibly stupid question...does that necessarily mean that he's attracted to you? Im 15 and there's this boy at my school. Im starting to like him and I dont know if hes interested or not. I have a class with him and we talk alot in the class we have together. Hi there.
I have a question and I hope someone on here can answer it.
First off, my boyfriend is 19 years old, all his life he hasn't had a great memory (he's never had any brain damage, head trauma's, ect) but he did have ADD; He got put on medication for it, and he just stopped taking it because his sister made fun of him; and called him a zombie.
Anyways, we've been together for almost 2 years, and it's starting to worry me. Shrunken Heads

My english teacher assigned us each different mysteries to do some research on. I got head shrinking. i asked my grandma if she knew anything about it and she said that when she was young and worked at a photo processing company and that someone that worked with her had a shrunken head. She said that the woman took a trip to Africa and was kidnapped and a tribe shrunk her head. Is this possible. If so could she really have lived through such a thing??

Okay. I am 26 years old. I was 15 years old, I stop growing and I never started my period. I have to be on birth controls to have a period. I finish the pill for a week i stared then stop after the pill but for two months now i stop taking birth control after 10 years it made me feel bad and sick and all the time. and i figure i really need it?? I am stop growing and not getting any bigger and all thet stuff. but wonder if it not good not be have a period? now i been off of it . i been feeling fine. not as bad i was when i am on period or so. i know all woman go thou it. but i still never started a period of my own..

Hair highlights

I have naturally pin straight thinish red hair with lots of layers and ends just above the middle of my back. It's more of a strawberry blonde/brownish indoors but outdoors in the sun it's like blazing orange. I dyed it an auburn color using henna hair dye from Lush a few months ago.
My roots have grown out a lot so I plan on re-dying my hair again with the left over henna I have.
I've been wanting to get highlights in my hair for awhile and I plan on getting it done professionally. I wanted something subtle but not so subtle that nobody with notice. I was thinking like a golden honey color, maybe? I've never gotten my hair highlights before or professionally colored. I'm really anal about that and having my hair get damaged ...

I have been "seeing" this guy for around 3 months ( we are both in our 20s). He got out of a relationship a month or so before we started talking and he initially said he didn't want a relationship, and his friends alluded to the same thing.
