I met someone who was only in my hometown for a week, and we kissed, talked, and really connected. I seriously fell for him.
Of course, some people will think we were only together as rebounds, because he lost a friend and I was getting out of a serious relationship with someone. Regardless, he made me feel happy and alive.
I gave him my email address and phone number, he gave me his favorite hat. It's been over a week, and I have not heard from him. Should I just forget him, or make an effort to contact him?
I've been searching for a phone number/email but my search so far has come up fruitless. I don't know what to do. He's in the military and I would just love to talk...

theres a guy that I really like. We havent slept together yet but I was hoping that one day we could be more than friends. Anyways I just found out from one of his friends that he spent a year in jail when he was 18, but wouldnt tell me what for. Anyways, that was a long time ago, he is in his 40's now.
He is a really nice guy and I know he would never hurt me. But I'm really curious as to why he was in jail.
Should I ask him or wait for him to tell me?

Has anyone here read "The Lottery" by Shirley Jackson? Did people really draw names and throw rocks at the person who wins the lottery, historically? Or did that come out of the imagination of Shirley Jackson?

ok look it has been about 5 weeks now that i had sex.. well i didnt want to.. wat happended is that my brother had one of his friends coming up and im 13 and the guy was 17.. and wen i went in my room he was on the bed just sitting there and starring at me. he told me to come over and i did well he started to kiss me.. and wen he did all i said is that i just wanted to kiss.. but he started to touch me down there and i was scared i pullrd bak and said dont i just wanna kiss. and he said ok well we started kissing and he did it again he was kinda forcing himself on me well then it lead to ''''sex'''' i dont no if i should tell someody about it i mean i did it but i didny want to... help

well.. i have been on and off with this boys for quite a while. It seems to me that everytime i am keen on him he isnt intersted and everytime i dont like him he wont leave me alone nd is constatnly msging me and ringing me nd telling me that i am the only one he wants to be with. THis goes on for a while nd then i see him at a party we pick up and thne he suddenly become completely uninterested. we are good mates and i feel like after we pick up and he leads me on that things just wont be the same again, and then it happens all over again. it really hurts me everytime this happens and shatters my self esteem. Hey my chest has been feeling as if its really sore inside, i felt like my heart stopped more then 2 times, and now it feels as if a vein in my arm hurts..im getting chest x rays in the morning, does any1 know what it could be? please anwser asap. ALSO my stomach feels as if its really sore

okay well i used to be best friends with this one girl for like ever. and then we stopped talking for a little bit because we were both really busy and she got all mad and said that i was mad at her and she could never trust me again. that was a few months ago and were still not friends. well i was wondering if i should write her (she blocked me and she lives in another state so i cant call her). because i am just wondering if shes okay and maybe we can patch this thing up. should i even bother?

okay well lately the area around my vagina has been really itchy. like since firday (today is wensday). its like really sore and pinker than usual. i told my mom but she didnt think anything of it. she thought it was a reaction to the soap so i tried the kind i used before and it still is like this. before my discharge was just white but now its like yellow and smells gross. should i go see a doctor and if so what do they do? and what should i do/not do before going?

My boyfriend was sick previously for a couple of days. One of the nights that he was really sick I happened to be with him. I didn't leave him all night, I was constantly making sure he was okay and if he needed anything. He told me he appreciated this a lot. The downside of me being with him that night is that he got me sick too. So, all day today I've been pretty sick. You could see it in my eyes how horrible I felt. He commented on that a few times throughout the day. I constantly told him I felt pretty bad. He said sorry. Tonight I called, told him I was feeling very sick. He was watching T.V and was kind of ignoring me, so I just told him I'd call him back with an 'I guess' at the end- hinting how I wanted him to stay. He didn't.

Hey...I need help agian! If you have never had a boyfriend, you are in 8th grade, 13, never even kissed a guy...Then do you get one! I like a guy but I wouldn't know how to act AT ALL (everyone says to talk, but what if you don't know what to talk about!?)I don't even know how to kiss! (that is embarrasing!) I want a boyfriend but no one has asked me out...I don't even think anyone has ever liked me! SOME of my friends say I'm really pretty..but when I go out with them they always get the guy(!), and I get jealous (but don't show it) I don't wanna tell her though...I guess that ended with 2 questions...PLEASE GIVE ME SOME ADVICE!
