ok look it has been about 5 weeks now that i had sex.. well i didnt want to.. wat happended is that my brother had one of his friends coming up and im 13 and the guy was 17.. and wen i went in my room he was on the bed just sitting there and starring at me. he told me to come over and i did well he started to kiss me.. and wen he did all i said is that i just wanted to kiss.. but he started to touch me down there and i was scared i pullrd bak and said dont i just wanna kiss. and he said ok well we started kissing and he did it again he was kinda forcing himself on me well then it lead to ''''sex'''' i dont no if i should tell someody about it i mean i did it but i didny want to... help

You need to tell someone. that is terrible that happened to you. Tell your mom or someone at school or someone you trust. It will help you get the help you need physically and emotionally and it will also make sure the guy doesn't do it again. I'm so sorry you had to go through that. You didn't do anything wrong. well thats what i like to call rape. rape is bad. but you should talk to your parents and maybe even your brother to tell him his friend is a scum bag. and then if you wish you can report it to the police, and if a rape charge or what not wont stick then you should be able to get him for sexuall ahrassment. He shoud not be able to do such thin to any one, its just wrong. you also probaply should have fought hard to get him to stop if you really didnt want him to go any further. that guy should not be allowed in hour home any more, hell he shouldnt be allowed around any one with booobs. you really should do soething about it. in my opinion. something like that should never happen to anyone

YES you have to tell someone that IS rape even if some people down there say it isnt. IT IS. you didnt want to, and he forced himself on you. you should tell an adult or a guidance counsler.

That was rape. You are thirteen. He is seventeen. You should have pulled away more, and yelled or something, but that can't be changed. Tell your parents, or a trusted friend, preferably an adult. The school counselor is a GREAT! person to tell. He or she will be able to help you alot more than I can. There are, of course, rape hotlines, but since it's been so long, they can't really help you. You need to tell an adult.
If the guy was not stopping when you told him to, and was continually pushing you farther and farther than you want to go, even though you were telling him to stop, and he forced you to have sex, like pushing himself onto you - then it is rape. Tell someone.

Well If you went along with it because you were scared or pressured, then its really not rape, and you cant get this guy in trouble. But If he physically held you down and made you do it, then it is. But you only had 3 days after it happened to get a kit done at the police. So You can tell your parents but really theres nothing the police can do.

Now that it's done,there's really not much you can do.Since he forced it,if I were you I wouldn't feel that bad,I mean of course you're going to have guilt that you did it.Sometimes it's not that easy to tell your parents about these things so you should at least tell your friends.Maybe they can help you out some more.You can always say "No" or back away from the situation.Don't be scared.Just do what you think is right.
