Ok, look. There is one way (besides natural growth) to make your breasts larger - IMPLANTS. You're not old enough. Unless you're like... 18 or older, you're not old enough. You're probably what, 12? 13? 14? Somewhere around that? Your breasts are still "babies," they are going to grow.
Why do you want to go out with a guy who cares more about how big your boobs are than how fun, sweet, nice etc. you are?
I'm sorry. I know that it hurts that he called you that. I have small boobs too. And you know what? I LIKE it. Yes. I do. I have friends who are 13, 14 or 15 and wear D size or larger. I just... no. I don't want that! God made me who I am, and I'll still grow - I'm young too. Besides, I know my boyfriend doesn't like me because my boobs are big. ;)
That guy is incredibly shallow. He's a jerk. Don't waste your time on him. He just wants to get in your pants.
The only thing you can really do is eat healthy, drink lots of milk, take good care of yourself, get alot of sleep, and wear a padded bra.

To be honest if you are crying just because a guy said your boobs are small then you are way too immature to even think about making your boobs bigger. The only way to do that is to get implants. Or put on some weight. But by the way you asked this question and your horrible use of grammar tells me that you are about....12..13? Your boobs are no where near their maximum and you need to chill out and stop worrying about it. If you are older than that, then you are really immature for your age and need to grow up.
But yeah dont waste your money on creams or pills or whatever because they dont work.
